These boots are supposed to be lightweight hikers. But they are very stiff through the middle and have an odd fit: moderate toe box width, not quite enough height from footbed to top of toe, wide through mid-foot and a flat insole. I put a pair of Merrill insoles in them to create moderate arch support. They felt fine in the house, but the lack of flex and the fact I can feel the inner lining against the tops of my toes makes them uncomfortable walking on my dirt roads. They are NOT made for a woman's foot, maybe they are a good men's boot? I do NOT recommend these boots. Sorry I bought them, and I wore them outside so I can't send them back.

While the boots were waterproof when purchased, the waterproofing did not even last 8 months. So incredibly disappointed because they were very comfortable. But it's no fun when your feet get wet just walking through wet grass.
