These hiking boots have been a lifesaver for my feet especially on longer hikes! They are extremely comfortable and lightweight, but still give me the ankle support I need.

This was my first time trying anything from Columbia, and these boots were so comfortable right out of the box. Despite a few reviews saying to size up either by a half or a full size, I took the chance and stuck to my true size and it was perfect. I also chose the Wide option to be safe because my feet do tend to swell when it's hot. I paired them with medium weight merino wool socks and it felt great. I didn't break these boots in at all, I didn't have time and I was eager to try them on the trail as soon as I got them. I completed a 10 mile hike in these yesterday over rocky, gravelly, dirt terrain with no blisters and no pain. I couldn't test their waterproof claim yet, but I also don't typically hike around water, but it's a nice option to have. I was a bit surprised that the boots I received didn't match the product photo completely. That pop of orange in the design is what first caught my eye. The boots I received don't have it as you can see from the attached photos, they're clear. I don't mind though, but I thought it'd be worth mentioning. Overall, I would highly recommend these boots, and I'm already thinking of getting a back-up pair or the low top/sneaker version of these. Totally worth the money, and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Comfortable and supportive but really light. I've had them out in snow and ice and had great traction and no leaks!

1st pair of trail boots they are light weight and comfortable. I'm so glad I purchased these. I ordered my size 8 and it is perfect with room to spare for thick wool hiking socks.

These shoes are so comfortable, high quality and lightweight. I usually wear size 8, but I bought size 8.5 and it fits very well.

Took them out of the box, put them on, and went out to hike with the dogs. No break in! Comfortable right away, terrific traction, waterproof, and breathable. Especially comfortable around the ankle and nice looking enough that I wore them to work the same day.

These seem comfy, and not as bulky as typical hiking boots which is exactly what I wanted. Only issue is they do not run large as the reviews stated and now I have to exchange a 1/2 size up.

Beautiful shoe, waiting for another size to come into stock because the ankle area seemed a little snug and the inside was definitely snug with any type of thick sock. Love the color and style, hoping the new size works!

The boots fit well, look nice, and are comfortable and light as described. The only negative is that they do not have any arch support so I had put an orthotic in it. Otherwise I would have given it a 5.

I’m surprised by the good reviews on this shoe. They feel stiff, cheap, and clunky to me, and they were immediately hot and uncomfortable. I ended up returning them for a different waterproof hiking shoe. I thought maybe I was being too picky until I tried the other pair on, and it was a world of difference. I can’t recommend these.

I wanted a pair of hiking shoes as opposed to boot. This one would’ve fit the bill but they run long. I usually wear 9-9 1/2 wide width. Got these in 9 1/2 Wide but too long and a smaller size would be too tight on my left bunion.

The style of this shoe was nice and I thought it looked cute with the dusty pink shoelaces and accents. It just did not have good arch support for my feet and the toe box felt cramped. I really wanted to like these shoes, because they are relatively cute for this type of shoe. They have a removable insole, so I took that out and tried them with my Superfeet insoles, but there just was not enough room for my toes. And I had ordered a half size up, at that! Admittedly, I do have picky, problem feet, so maybe someone with young, happy feet would find them quite lovely. I am sticking with my Merrells!
I'd also recommend:
Merrell and Ecco are the brands I love

Loved the looks of these, with a great price! However, I couldn’t even get my foot into them! Low size selection, so couldn’t order a different size.

Looked great but did not provide enough support for me, particularly by my instep. They seemed too insubstantial, not enough padding for me.

I normally wear 7 W(D) with orthotics in my shoes. the 7 w in this shoe had my toes almost touching the front end and was uncomfortably too narrow. the shoe as it comes has absolutely no arch support, i flimsily flat slightly foamy insert. the good news it's removable. will try a half size larger, but usually that throws other proportions off.

Barely used and cleat came off side of boot on third use- I loved these boots for their comfort and light weight, but the third time I used them for a moderate hike, the tan rubber cleat on the inside edge of the boot separated from the sole. I had the boot for 15 months and thus was beyond the 1 year warranty and Columbia customer support told me to buy an adhesive for $20 and fix the boot myself! Very disappointed in the quality of these boots and would not recommend.
