Runs small, I ordered a 9.5 wide which all of my other Arita boots are, and I couldn't even begin to get my foot into these

Very uncomfortable. I have been wearing Ariat boots for ever, always comfortable. Not these. Tried to wear them inside to break them in, had to return because they hurt my feet so bad.

I love Ariat boots. Feet my feet well. Have their barn boots, fat boys, paddocks, tall English riding biots. But these ….They are pretty but so heavy. Should have trusted my instincts. Bought summer and kept in box w tags unsure. Finally wore them in a trip to AZ and just in plane and airport got blisters and my feet have aches for a week. They are such thick hard leather that they don’t give at all and the thick leather mangles the foot as you walk. Took them off forever minute I got to room. Mustreturn them.

I have several pairs of Dixon because I just love that bootie!! and I just purchased the lizard print ones, and was so excited to pick them uplet's just say this is my first disappointment with Ariat. They were so ugly I was not sure it was even the correct bootie! I did not even leave the parking lot with returning them! So upsetalso they scuff with any little bump to them!

I was so excited to received these boots; I ordered ones and they are gorgeous. How ever, I have been unable to get my foot in, I have tried so hard but can't do it. I am 7.5M with ALL my shoes and boots and 7 for sandals. I wanted to wear them so badly but now, I have to return them.

I absolutely loved these boots. Both of them have become unstitched and this wire popped out. I called customer service and filed an online complaint and haven't heard anything. I've owned so many pair of Ariats over the years and they have lasted for years. I've had these maybe two months! They are the cutest shoes!!

I ordered these as a Christmas present and they arrived damaged in several places. I sent the pictures to ariat and got an email stating my case was open. It's been 3 weeks and haven't received any help or even a call.
