Boots are great but this company sends/texts more emails than any company ever, for a gift for my wife, I wish I would've bought them locally to avoid the spam

The boot was beautiful as expected with Ariat. However, I literally couldn't stand in it without pain. The slope upward was too severe and forced my toes upward. I was terribly sad they didn't work but had to return them. Would've been just as cute if the vamp was sloped skyward. Toes were pinched also.

6.5 is my normal shoe size but I could not get my foot into this boot. Had ordered another similar boot in a 7 since reviews said they run small but it was way too big.

Love the bootie but I purchased Wide and can't even get my foot into it.

I love these booties! The color and fit are perfect, but are they supposed to look like they've aged 65 years in a warehouse? They look like a shriveled willie. Sad sausage :(

Have been wanting these boots for awhile for my wedding in September. There was very little help customer service wise when I was trying to find the status of my order and tracking. I live in Canada so they came through BorderFree and there were very little updates on tracking. They arrived today and upon first glance look like they have been tried on quite a few times, I was expecting a new pair in the box not a pair that already have wear marks and creased leather. Upon closer inspection there is also a very small hole along the leather near the sole of the boot. Definitely not what I was expecting as Ariats quality is generally very high. If it wasn't so much of a hassle to internationally return them, I definitely would and try to get a pair that actually looks new.

Not what I expected. The color and print didn't work for me

They are so cute! However in less than 30 min my calf/ankle was raw and I tried to wear tall socks and bandaids the fit was good. I don't know why it rubbed raw.

These are cute boots, but very stiff and uncomfortable. They're too expensive not to be really comfortable, in my opinion. I plan to return them.

These are the cutest boots but the most comfortable I have ever had. My sister, mom and I all bought these. None of us could wear them for any amount of time. They are sooooo UNCOMFORTABLE. They put your foot at a funny angle. Very disappointed.

Rating because I did not want metallic. I'm too old. Wish I had ordered black distressed instead.

I couldn't even get these on my feet and then to top it all off. I couldn't get in touch with anybody to return them or to order another pair or to see if you sell them in wide. I'm very disappointed and I would really appreciate it if somebody would return my phone call Because I needed these for Christmas Eve and now I'm stuck without a pair of black boots. Thank you. Hinted actually looks like on the soul somebody else wore them, which also upset me off

Worst customer service ever . Over 30 days still have not received order.

I was eyeing these for so long and saved up for a long while to get them. They are absolutely beautiful in person and so well crafted. Unfortunately, the way they are cut higher in the back absolutely digs right into the back of leg above the ankle. I've tried every product available to help with the problem (various tapes and cushions & breaking them in) but they still dig in. I can sometimes wear them with thicker jeans as it creates a barrier but that's about it. I should have gone into a store to try them on first and would have know these weren't for me. So stylish and cute but can only wear them when not walking long distances.

I wanted these for years, I finally got them and just thought I need to break them in. I have worn them for hours standing and dancing multiple times. But I have shed tears over how much they hurt and I always had to walk home barefoot. Now they sit in my closet, as cute as they are I can never bring myself to wear them ever again ):

The back hurts your leg when you walk. It just rubs too harshly in every step

Will not purchase from this company my boots arrived with worn sole and marks on my leather

The wide width purchased was not a true wide. Please make a ladies bootie in a true wide width or xtra wide.

Runs small, I ordered a 9.5 wide which all of my other Arita boots are, and I couldn't even begin to get my foot into these

Very uncomfortable. I have been wearing Ariat boots for ever, always comfortable. Not these. Tried to wear them inside to break them in, had to return because they hurt my feet so bad.

I have several pairs of Dixon because I just love that bootie!! and I just purchased the lizard print ones, and was so excited to pick them uplet's just say this is my first disappointment with Ariat. They were so ugly I was not sure it was even the correct bootie! I did not even leave the parking lot with returning them! So upsetalso they scuff with any little bump to them!
