Nice boots, but the color was much darker than what's pictured/what i ordered.

I am actually pretty disappointed in my boots. I love Ariat and have several of their products, but these boots look cheaply made. You wouldn't know I spend quite a bit on them for how they look. One of the toes hits the floor before the other boot, so I don't know if they are not the same or what. Also, they kill my feet. I thought maybe I needed to break them in, but they kill my feet.

I love these boots, however, I returned them because they are running a little big. According with UPS, Ariat received my return on November 25 and a month later 12/27 and i haven't received my money back. I already contacted three times and they just keep telling me wait two or three more days.

I'm not satisfied with my order. I paid extra for express delivery and my dress was not delivered. The boots look used and has many defects on them. Here's some pictures of the tem. Not a happy customer at this point. Ive considered Ariat as a high quality company. I've ordered boots for my husband and never had a problem until now.
