FedEx said that the package came on December 26th. It is now January 7th and I've gone through FedEx and I have not had a resolution to the missing boots.

I love these boots, however, I returned them because they are running a little big. According with UPS, Ariat received my return on November 25 and a month later 12/27 and i haven't received my money back. I already contacted three times and they just keep telling me wait two or three more days.

Beautiful boot but they run small I had to return them. Unfortunately, Ariat wouldn't honor the price for an exchange. I originally purchased them on sale, and they wanted me to return and then repurchase at full price. Very disappointed with the company.

Absolutely the most beautiful design, high quality, sturdy, yet comfortable to wear. I needed the slightly lower heel and they are just perfect!

I have not had a pair of Ariat before. I bought this style in my fav color (green). Not only are they absolutely beautiful, they are also so comfortable for being new. I bought them because my other pair hurt my feet. Took them to NFR, wore all day after only wearing once prior. Highly recommend!

I had a pair of these in the brown a couple years ago, and after only wearing them a few times, I could no longer get my foot down into them AT ALL. Not at all! I thought maybe I got too small of a size and that I had bent the heel part inward too much trying to get them on, and sadly I had to get rid of them. Recently, I got them in the blueberry in my normal shoe size (bigger than before), and the size fits. But they were still hard to pull on and off. The quality also isnt like my other Ariats. There was a chip missing in the sole. The sole looked cheap and of poor craftsmanship. I didnt like the heel compared to my Ariat Collins boots, as these just made my feet look weirdly flat and long. But the color is so pretty! I was sad to have to return them for that reason. But I wont pay that much for a boot I dont absolutely love. Wish they had the antiqued blueberry in another style

They sent me a men's size 13 instead of the boot I ordered! It was tagged correctly, but clearly the wrong boots

My new fav boots!!! Great fit and super comfy. Wore them all day at a tailgate and football game.

The boots are so pretty! They arent as comfortable as some of the other boots from ariat, but they are still good to wear for short walks or football games. The color and stitching is beautiful!

I have a super high arch and sturdy ankles so finding a boot that I can get my foot in is difficult. These were snug in the ankle area but fit great, I normally wear a 9/9.5 and ordered a 10. I did steam the inside and put bunched up paper in ankle area to give it a little more give and it worked perfect. First wear at a concert and never sat down and had no problems! Comfortable boots!

I ordered the black. THEY ARE GORGEOUS. However, my calf is too wide. SO DISAPPOINTED they were meant to be my birthday boots.

Extremely comfortable and no need for a break-in period! I love the red! Definitely a brick red, but super versatile.

These boots are awesome. Great dark red color were comfortable the first time I wore them! Received a lot of compliments on them as well.

I love em! Material is pretty good, soles, fits perfectly, color as in the picture. Not regret it.

I love these boots! I have them in black and brown and definitely eyeing the blueberry color too! I have giant calves and these are a little snug. I was able to use a diy boot stretcher to give a little more room.

I love these boots. Got them in the red color. Fit perfectly, and I wore them out of the Fresno store. I liked them so much I bought my sister a pair in brown for her birthday. The leather is nice, but its a stiff leather (not soft) so you will have to break them in a bit. They are gorgeous boots.

super cute and comfortable! I ordered a size 8 C width and they fit perfectly. I have larger claves and had no issues with the boots being too tight. shipping was also super quick.
