The extra wides are WAY to wide, even with an AFO or SMO.

I like these because they fit my daughter's SMOs without being too bulky. We haven't had them long but the zipper is already breaking. The seam of the zipper broke on her previous shoes which is why we replaced them but I don't think the zipper on these will last long either.

The shoes that have a lower zipper are more practical, these are a bit difficult for the foot to enter, it's annoying, I prefer the model that has a lower zipper

Zipper does not open whole top of shoe. Could not get my sons foot in with his AFOs on

Not wide enough, the high tops didn't fit the AFOs right, and one shoe came defective. I measured my sons foot like the instructions said, with the afo on. With those measurements it said he didn't need a wide, I decided to get a wide anyways. But even the wide wasn't wide enough. So I'm returning these ones and trying a Xtra wide in a low top

They are nice shoes but they do not work with my son's braces at all I'm a little disappointed with that and that I can't return or exchange them so kinda stuck with shoes I can't use

I have been buying Billy's for years. I typically think they are great. These however, took a month to arrive, and have a God awful rubber chemical smell. It is so strong, I touched the insole to pull it out and it left a stink on my hand. I put the brace in the shoe to see if it will work, and it likely won't, and the brace now stinks. They stink like no shoe I've ever bought in life. It doesn't go away or air out. I have never had a pair of Billy's that smelled like this and and I have ordered many over the years, and have had several black pairs. I don't where Billy's is having these made but it's concerning.

I think that this shoe is easy to put on. I wish that the quality was better. They don't hold up very well. Especially for the price that you have to pay.

We have bought many pairs of Billy's in the past and they have lasted my toddler a couple months these didn't last a month before the front toe cap was warm down clear through all layers of fabric.

The zipper is too far away from toes. It made it difficult to get foot in these shoes. They were super cute but not practical.

The wrong size was sent and the shipping took so long that I had to buy shoes elsewhere. I ended up returning these incorrect shoes and am still waiting for my refund! Terrible experience and wouldn't buy from you again.

I had high hopes for these shoes because my son is special needs and I thought these would be easy to get on, but the sole came off after 4 uses.

I am sure these are great shoe, my only problem is that my child has to wear braces and the zipper doesn't go down far enough to be able to put her braces in the shoe

Fell apart in 3 days. Unless child is immobile its not worth it and shoes dont hokd jo tried two pairs snd shoes fell apart on both

the zipper on this shoe will not work with AFO braces
