Really like this jacket-got it on sale during Black Friday. It's a great lightweight jacket but not sure it would have been a good value at full price-that's the reason for 4 stars

I love the look and color of this jacket. I am, however, disappointed in the lack of any sort of insulation in the arms, and precious little in the body of the jacket. I guess, from the pictures on your website, I was expecting a bit more robust down content.

Really happy with this jacket. I ordered the small and surprisingly there is enough room for a thick layer if I need it. It looks really nice on.It will be great in winter for riding.

I'm a slim build, 5'8, 130lbs. I ordered a M and the fit seems off to me. Shorter arms and shoulders with boxier midsection than expected. Seems like a better fit for shorter people.

Quirky zipper makes it a bit challenging to zip up.

This is a beautiful jacket that is comfortable but I would size up because it is small across the chest and arms. Such a shame I have to send it back

Nice jacket, blue is beautiful! But the front is too short - and I don't have a long torso. So I sent it back :(

I have an older version of this Ideal Down jacket but as a vest and this new model just does not have enough down insulation so it barely keeps me warm. It is definitely thinner than the older model. I appreciate the PFC-free finish but this jacket is disappointing as I felt cold wearing it in 40F weather. Not worth the price.

Runs a little large. Not happy with elastic cuffs. They are not tight.

I absolutely love this jacket as far as fit, temperature, cold weather barn chores, and riding...however, I'm on my second jacket due to zipper failure. My mom has the same jacket (on her second) and she commented that the zippers are garbage. I hope Ariat can improve this as I DO LOVE THE JACKET other than this major issue. Argh!!!!

This coat is pretty but not durable. I would size up if you are someone who wears more than a t shirt in the winter under this coat. Also beware the coat tears easily!!!! And the you are left with down flying everywhere. Looks great but really isn't durable. Ariat could do much better.

Nice color but sleeves were too long. Had to send it back.

I have the vest and absolutely love it! So, I ordered the jacket, but received notice it was unavailable. This is at least the fourth time I've ordered something and received notice after that item is out of stock. Terribly disappointed!

My order for the jacket was canceled and I never got to try it

I ordered two jackets, military green and another wine color, I only received an email that it was out of stock, I spoke to customer service and they didn't help me, but the 2 items are still on the page, I'm very upset

Email keeps asking me to review. I never received. Reached out several times, waited on hold for 30 plus minutes, emailed, sent a text and I got no response. The jacket looks wonderful if I had received it. Customer service is non existent

Never received the jacket. Ordered small. Received cancellation notice saying out of stock. Continued to show in stock for weeks, maybe still does. Customer service was not helpful or polite. None of my two emails have been returned by customer service.

I was very disappointed in this jacket. The down filling in it was so thin it felt like just 2 pieces of fabric with nothing in between. I returned the jacket

Definitely don't size up even to fit layers. I returned bc it was like a flimsy, cheap garbage bag. Seemed really low quality and not warm.
