Felt a bit snug. I usually wear a size 9 in On’s but my toes were touching the tip. Also, there is a drop on the bottom front of the shoe. It is not level on the bottom and actually really messes with your balance

The picture is misleading for the color of bottom half of the shoe. They are more gray than they appear. Also, this particular style of Cloudmonster is very uncomfortable. I will be getting the next version, 2.

Shoes sent to me were clearly worn. They did not come in a box and had some dirt/wear on the soles. Granted, the wear was minimal and the shoes were in great shape, but there was no mention of them being used/returned or without a box and when I spend $170 on a pair of shoes, I prefer to get brand new - as advertised. This is my first experience like this with Zappos and have purchased many shoes from them before with wonderful results, but this will make me leery going forward.

I am very disappointed. These shoes are clearly worn and damaged and I need a full refund to my card used for the purchase.

The shoes arrived and clearly have been worn. The soles were sticky, there were knots in the shoe string, the right shoe already had a crease at the top from Bending it. Very upsetting g

Very disappointed! The heal is stiff & painful. I purchased these after being told they were super comfortable. I’m a nurse & after wearing these for two shifts, my feet hurt all over. I wish I wouldn’t have worn them outside because now I’m out $180.00.

The shoes were delivered obviously used by someone at least once. They were a gift and they are expensive and for the price they should have been shipped brand new, so they were returned.

The shoes might be good but they are used. Please check out sole and inside. Sending them back

Loved the style of the shoe& really wanted to like it. This Shoe did not give me any arch support & it actually hurt the bottom of my foot.

This brand is perfect for my feet that I stand on all day like I’m standing on marshmallows. I was lucky to find my size on sale!

This is my second pair of Cloudmonsters. These ran a tad bit smaller than the first generation, where I needed an 8 vs. an 8.5. That said, I have a true 7.5, and for a work out shoe that I put insoles in, this is a more predictable order if it were my first order. This 2nd generation has a tongue that is a little "flimsier," and when I first put them on I thought, 'ugh, this is going to cut in." But it doesn't. They're perfectly comfortable, I had 3 people at the gym ask me how I liked them when I walked in, which was really strange, actually. They liked how they looked and had heard great things. Most people are between the Hoka's and these, and I appreciate the stability these offer along with the "cush." I'm 52, work out regularly, but am appreciating shock absorption now as I get older. (Mind you, I'm not even a runner, but even weight training or walking at 52 with joints that have taken a lickin' over time, it's nice to have some cushion.)

I got these for waiting tables/hosting... great for being on your feet all day!
