Didn't feel it had much arch support compared to the Brooks glycerin. If you pull out the insoles of the On clouds, and compare to Brooks. Brooks has more support/cushion.

I loved these shoes when I got them; but since then I’ve noticed significant foot pain. My husband is a recently retired podiatrist who told me they run a 1/2 too short. I’ve experienced ingrown toenails like crazy, so I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SIZING UP! On the other hand: MY BALANCE IS MUCH IMPROVED because of the construction of the shoe. I just ordered another pair 1/2 size larger.

I like the sneaker, it is comfortable although I have not walked any long distances yet. However, the customer service was awful on multiple levels including someone on chat offering to give me contact information for the "resource team" and then just disconnecting the chat when I requested a transcript of the interaction. Then I had to call and spend 30 minutes on the phone to get the issue resolved. No one at Zappos seems to care about customer service any more. the 3 overall is not about the shoe, its about Zappos

no arch support.

This shoes are extremely comfortable. I also LOVE the look! However in less than 6 months they have what looks like small cuts in the fabric on the side that is near the inner side of the foot. I would think for the price they would withstand normal wear better.

The shoes feel comfortable standing in them but when walking feels too bulky and somewhat heavy

These shoes were really cute and potentially really comfortable, however, the "tongue" kept digging into my ankle, making them very uncomfortable.

Too small

The shoes fit true to size and I wear a size 10. The shoes do not support my high arches.

Narrow shoe but 1/2 size up provides too much room for sliding and improper fit.

Good for problem knees but too light which creates problems with balances and unsteadiness. Tile effects and the size feels small because of the supports around the tongue of the shoe

I normally wear a women’s 11 but these ran 1/2 size too small. Sadly have to return. The cushioning was great but my toes were too cramp. I’ll stay with my cloudgo1. Size 11 worked great and they are slightly wider also.

I didn't care for the very thin tongue and top. Though the rocker sole had a lot of padding, it is not nearly as comfortable as the Hoka shoes are for me.

Too small I need a bigger size

I ordered a half size larger because I know that ON shoes run small. The shoe fits tight. I didn't want to bother with the process of returning them so I'm hoping that they stretch a little. I now understand why Zappos had these shoes for sale $50 less than the manufacturer. When breaking down the box for recycling I noticed gift wrap and tape on the bottom of the box. This was someone else's returned gift. Just be aware of this and make your own choice.

The shoe is curved upward. There is pressure under the forefoot and heel without arch support. It feels like you're walking on a semicircle but without arch support.

This doesn't even look like the shoe i order and it definitely doesn't fit like an 8 more like a 7

Toe box was weirdly WIDE. I kept checking the box to make sure I didn't order a women's size 10 WIDE. Nope it was a regular width, just designed that way. That said it had decent arch support and was light weight, but I want a more fitted she so back it goes!

The shoe was larger than expected and when walking it squeaks and it’s a load noise. I should have purchased a size 8.

Cool looking shoe. I'm a 6 in regular shoes. 6.5 in running shoes. The length on 6.5 was perfect. My complaint: The shoe felt cheap (at $165?...crazy). Aside from the cool looking sole and the nice colors, the rest seemed flimsy. There is minimal support inside the shoe. Could not feel the bottom of the shoe on my arch. I put one of these on one foot and my worn out 5-month old Saucony Power Run on the other and there was no comparison. Oh well, glad I tried the OC trend to feel what the hype was all about. Back to the tried and true brands - New Balance, Brooks and Saucony.

I’m extremely upset, I overpaid for the shoes that weren’t the ones I ordered. I reached out to customer service and basically told me to just go through the app, no support whatsoever. It was a waste of time calling them and reporting the problem. I’m so upset because now I have to wait to see how long this takes.
