Run small!

Had to return left sole was thicker than the right sole in the front. Hurt my calf. Zero arch support

They look good but size is way off.

so heavy and wide

I’ve bought and returned four pairs - various styles - of this brand. I’m keeping these only because I wore them out already. These shoes are very boxy and unattractive on your feet. The soles are Loud when you are walking like the bottoms are hard plastic. I will not be buying another pair of this brand.

This shoe is very comfortable. However, after wearing it for a few weeks, the left shoe squeaks and squeaks and squeaks. It is so annoying to myself and those around me that every other step I take is a squeak. Disappointed for the price.

These arrived in poly bag and had clearly been worn before - to the point that some of the treads had been worn down and there was visible dirt on the side of one of the shoes. Will be reordering, but not from Zappos.

This product has a design defect that makes them unwearable for running. The decorative lace feature has hard edges where it attaches inside the shoe that rub on your big toe. I tried to discuss this issue with On and they were very unhelpful. I guess there is a reason they don't have customer reviews on the company web site...

This is not a running shoe. Lifestyle for sure. Sole is weird- uneven pressure points. Seems not worth the $$$$.

These shoes squeak on the right shoe when you walk. There was no paper in the box with these shoes. They appeared to have been returned by someone in my opinion. They were even tied. I want to return these. I wear ON shoes all the time. Something isn't right about this pair.

The soles are to high and caused my sciatica to hurt.
