I did size up, which I am glad. Not much toe room for me in the 9 (which I normally wear). Definitely has a toe heal drop, which is nice for running.

I ordered medium width but it came wide. I tried them on and didn’t appear wide so I decided to keep them.

I love these shoes. They fit true to size and are incredibly comfortable. Seriously feels like I’m walking on a cloud.

I usually wear 6.5, but this pairs felt half size smaller.

This is my second pair. I'm a big walker, and these are the best fit I've been able to find recently. I usually wear Brooks Ghost, but don't like the last two models. I'm usually a 6.5 W in dress shoes and a 7 W in a running shoe, and purchased the 7.5 wide here. Note: I had to break in my first pair a while before the toe drop stopped annoying me, but at least they fit.

Love the On Clouds. They, however, run a full size small. I am a 9.5. Often take 10 in running shoes. In the ON's I only fit into 10.5's. Sent all back. Ended up with the On Cloudsurfer in a 10.5 and am very happy with it.

Really loved the style of these shoes! Overall found them to be just a bit less cushioned than I need for my foot pad sensitive areas and ended up selecting the Cloudmonster instead. However, these shoes had a lot of energy and many good things about them. I typically size up a half size for running shoes and needed to size up a full size in these. In contrast, I found the Cloudmonster and Cloudgo to be TTS.

Cute shoe. Wanted to like it, but the arch support wasn’t enough for me. I realized it when I put on an old pair of Ryka, which still had the arch support. I feel like these are flat feet. Cushy. Heel to toe roll well. Just missing the inner support for my foot.

Great looking shoes! I am returning because I need much more cushion under my feet. Mostly under the ball of my foot and these are just plain hard.

I have a narrow foot and these were a little loose in the width. I really liked the look of them, but the arch was too stiff for me.

I like New Balance Fresh Foam but the newer versions don't work for me so I tried this one. They fit well and looked nice but I felt pins and needles after wearing them around the house. I'm trying Brooks Ghost 15 next.

These sneakers were larger than I thought they'd be. I should have listened to the reviews that said not to size up. I usually go up half a size with running shoes, but these were already too wide, and just too big in general. Too soft as well. not what I had in mind, so I am returning them, and have already bought some New Balance running shoes from Zapos. T,hey have more body, and just the right fit for me. Luckily Zappos is easy on returns. I don't have to return things very often, but if I do they are wonderful about it. I am a repeat customer, and will continue to be so. Great customer service...great company.

Was not a cushioned as everyone talks about. Not a lot of flex in the sole. I’ll stick to my Sauconys.

I order a half size larger than I thought I needed. It turned out to be a half size too small. I will be ordering the same shoe in a full size larger

I ordered a size W8 which I thought might be too large, but it turned out to be too small. It smooshed my big toes. I am returning the pair and ordering an 8 1/2 size shoe.

Cute shoes but I expected the slip on. They arrived with the tie up laces.
