This shoe was Dirty and Used...I have never bought a used running shoe before...i did not expect this....never was i told that i was buying a used running shoe.

I always wear 9.5 in this brand but sliding around so big.

They stretched out after a couple of days and lost their fit. Now they feel loose and unstable

I strongly suspect these cloud monsters are counterfeit. I have 2 other pairs and there are subtle differences. There is a one cloud special contact number to confirm genuine vs imitation goods. I wish I bought from the manufacturer or a store where I could have inspected. I paid full retail price to Zappos.

These were worn before. There was dirt on the soles. Someone put painter's tape on the seam of the box and wrote (with a Sharpie): "Sealed 11:41 pm 7/16/24. It was initialed "J.D.

I wanted to like these shoes as I love my on cloud swifts, but these were absolutely horrible on my feet. The cushioning was towards the midfoot, and since there’s such a large difference, it essentially provided no cushioning, and I found myself with massive heel pains that I don’t get in barefoot shoes so something is clearly off with this design. More over the Tread flexes several millimeters upon taking a step leading to the foam abrading on the ground and leading to 10 times the wear I have in 3 miles stop leading vs 30 miles I have on my other OnClouds. If I kept these I don’t think they could make it to 100 without causing ergonomic issues

Echoed in other reviews, ON's quality is slipping. The CloudMonster felt cheaper than past ON sneakers. A few years ago, the build was quality and the design was unique, yet they were actually impressively well engineered and worth the higher prices than other sneakers. Now the materials look and feel cheaper and the lower price point items, like ON's Cloud 5 wore out in days to weeks of normal wear (also recently had to send back a pair of Cloud 5s), fabrics show wear where feet and toes rub regularly, and the cheaper fabric seems to hold debris rather than wick away dust and other things. The styling remains acceptable, but there seems to be a rush to compete with other brands by offering lighter weight and flimsy breathable mesh materials that do not support a quality shoe needed to support and protect the feet. This is becoming true of the higher price point ON shoes as well. The ON CloudMonster was a huge disappointment from the first moment it was tried on and this shoe will be going back before being properly worn. The opening of the show was notably small for the fit of the intended size. All previous ON shoes I have owned fit true to size allowing for confident ordering of the same size each time. Reaching for the CloudMonster's tongue to adjust the foot revealed a major disappointment, the horrifying sound of ripping fabric. The minimal tongue of the CloudMonster model is attached by single stitching to an interior side lining of fabric and it simply tears away from it with the slightest grip of the tongue when putting the show on. In the next moment while trying to adjust my foot in the shoe for the first time, noticing how firmly fitting around the heel and ankle area it was for the size, I could hear yet another ripping sound from the same location. These shoes simply will not do, and it would be a mystery if they managed to stay in one piece for a runner or serious walker during a workout. It's sad to say that ON's quality is now confirmed for this reviewer, not what it once was.

Toe box is too narrow and the top squeezes my feet. So uncomfortable to wear through the toe box.

I have the same size Cloud Monster in different color thus 10m was 2 inches bigger. Item definitely sized wrong.

Seems like it’s 1/2 size small

It is very soft but the arch of my foot was hurting. So I’m returning it.

Sent Women 11 instead of Mens 11.

Terrible! These are not comfortable at all. The tongue goes sideways and bunches up. No cushion. Not sure what everyone likes about these.

Returned, still waiting on compensation.

Very slippery shoe be careful when passing to smooth surface that is dump For sure you will slide and end up in hospital

I cannot give these an accurate rating because I received dirty, smelly, used shoes. I was able to send them back and get a refund, but zappos did NOTHING to make up for this. I wish I had taken pictures of what I received.

I have a pair of these in an 8.5 and ordered another. These shoes are definitely a half size larger even though I ordered my correct size of 8.5.
