This shoe is fantastic. It's just a shame that the tread doesn't last very long.

Too Tight had to return

I returned the size 9 1/2 for 9 and they still look really big overall compared to my Sketchers 9 1/2. The length on the 9 was better for me but the toe box being just too wide. They looked a bit like mens shoes to me.

Lots of cushion. However, it isolates all the foot pressure into the toe area. Toe box is too narrow for me & my toes go numb. Unfortunately, these didn’t work for me.

No discernible arch support for me, but then, I have high arches. Toe box was too narrow for my wide foot. No heel tabs to help pull the shoe onto my foot.

These at first seem fine, but there is no support in the midfoot and it ends up inuring my right foot. I wish the bottom soles were solid instead of all the gaps, because it lends itself too soft and not supportive enough for me. I tried to like these, but I can't walk much in them before my feet get strained or worse.

Feel unusually narrow for the brand. The footbed part.

Wanted to like these. Never tried Ons before. Arch support etc. was good but I could not get past how flimsy the uppers felt. No matter how tight I laced them they felt loose and like my foot wanted to 'slide around.' I attribute it to the material used in the uppers. After returning I spoke to someone at a specialty running shoe store who told me he heard the same complaint from others. He said he heard On was going to address the problem with the uppers and when the new lines come out they will have more supportive uppers including better fabrics that are not as stretchy. We'll see. Till then it's a deal breaker for me.

The toe has started delaminating after a month's use.

This shoe is snug, and is smaller sizing than normal. The curve of the shoe makes my ankle and whole gain painful, as it forces your right side of your outside foot to be curved. I need a whole shoe which does not curve but goes straight forward and wide sole frame. I have to return this one.

I have a wide feet and felt like I was stepping over the midsole a bit. Just felt unstable. The forefoot feels a little “tall”, like there’s a lot of excess that puffs up high from the forefoot

The sole of the shoe is curved, therefore throwing my hip out irrating my sciatic nerve in my back and hurting my ankle. It doesn't allow me to walk straight because of the curve which forces my gait to walk out of balance. I need a straightforward shoe from heel to toe, by which NB and Brooks offers. I liked the firmness and cushion of these shoes though. I just wish they would make a straight sole instead of that awkward curve. Had to return them.

I wanted them to fit but one size was too large (felt like clown shoes) and a half size smaller I couldn’t get my foot into. I could tell by the larger size they would be very comfortable if they were just a bit shorter.

I've had 3 pairs of On Cloudmonster size 9. 1st pair I received were way too small. 2nd pair ordered 9.5. Left shoe fit fine and right shoe was way too small. My toes to the edge. I don't know what has happened to On's quality control but very disappointed. Won't buy these again
