These fit completely differently from the Cloud X, so frustrating. Wish the Cloud X was back in stock.

The shoe fit well when first put on, but as soon as I began walking around it it, the shoe did not hold my foot tightly enough and my heel slid up and down within the shoe, which would have been sure to cause a blister if I walked or ran for any long distance in them. I tried lacing them multiple ways, even using the additional eyelet, and nothing would resolve the issue of the heel feeling unsecured.

Absolutely love these shoes. Much more comfort and support than the original Cloud Xs. The colorway is great too

This shoe is close in feel to my favorite Cloud 5 except that it has a wider and less structured toe box. So, if you have a wider foot, you may like this shoe. I returned it, because I prefer more structure and tighter fit.

The outside side of the shoe came up too high and was hitting my husbands ankle bone. We thought about adding a sole insert to raise his foot to clear the side, but my adult son tried them and had the same issue. They must have really flat feet. Cute comfy high quality show but must return due to ankle issue.

Runs big. Order half size smaller than Cloud 5.

I wanted to love these shoes but the fit is awkward. The shoe fits long and narrow causing the heel to slip out even when lacing heel lock position. This is my first pair of On cloud shoes and I’m not impressed. The most annoying part is gravel gets trapped between the gaps of the sole on the bottom of the shoe. Maybe there were meant for the indoor or pavement running. Last complaint is my right shoe started squeaking after about 20 days of use. Maybe I’ll have to put some WD40 on it.

I love the comfort of this shoes. However, the quality of this shoes is not great at all. Less than a year with them, and they already look like a pair of shoes that I have had for a long time. The material in the front side of the shoe, it gets dirty very fast and it doesn’t clean at all. They look dirty all the time despite all my efforts cleaning them all the time. I would buy them next time on a dark or black color.

Great shoe. Supportive, lightweight, and easy on the feet and back. Highly recommend.

Unbelievably light and comfortable

My feet are side, so I bought a half size bigger. It fits nicely that way. These shoes are so light, I felt like running instead of walking.

Most comfortable sneakers that I ever owned. I feel like I am wearing slippers. They fit great, very lightweight and provide great support.

Favorite On ever. I have 7 pair!

Had previous clouds size 9.5. Ordered 9.5 with these and they run larger.

I liked the look of these shoes when I was not wearing them. When I put them on, the forefoot looked wide and had to be laced tight, which ended up looking bunched up. That may just be my feet though.

Overall excellent shoes... but not quite as good as the Cloud series (IMO). Better feel for the walking surface than some of the extremely cushioned shoes (e.g., Hoka).

This shoe would be great for those wishing for a wider toe box. I personally prefer a more form fitting shoe and didn't like the extra room up front.

strange fit. not like my previous pair of On Cloud. Inner support felt mis-aligned.

Found these to have a more narrow toe box and looser heel than the original Cloud X. Was hoping to make them work but just a totally different shape so sent them back.

Cannot wear them. They run my ankle raw. Very disappointed. I love my other OnCloud shoes

Didn’t feel support at all shoe was hard honestly and felt no cushion under middle of foot and toe area and my ankle felt no support. I do not run these were for work.

Fit and size were fine. The shoe is uglier and made of cheaper material than the older On Cloud X.

Love these shoes. Super comfortable and I get a ton of compliments. Just be warned, like all white shoes, these get dirty very easily. Only wear them for special occasions!
