I can’t wear these. The heal is way too shallow and it makes the shoe feel like I am wearing a pair of slip ons. Please go back to the way the original X were designed. This is a very common piece of feedback so there is definitely an issue.

Felt too long and just an odd fit. Maybe the funny lacing design is part of the issue? Absolutely loved the Cloud X. Should have paid more attention to the other reviews. This was such a disappointment.

Shoe fits fine. Comfortable. But the sole started coming apart two months in. I don't understand why such a highly touted and expensive shoe is built poorly.
