I ordered these because people told me how great they were for the feet and comfortable and was happy they came in wide. I don't think sneakers ever hurt my feet so badly and for so long. I bought them about 4 months ago and mostly wear them to the gym because they are not comfortable. Well, after over 4 months they finally stopped hurting but now they are already falling apart inside the show, the material is fraying. They look pretty and I had high hopes, but I am going to return back to my previous brands

Shoe (Bondi style) was great but the arch on the insole was sticking up and digging into my arch. But otherwise it would have been a great shoe. That probably was a one off situation. I exchanged it for a Clifton style.

I absolutely LOVE the Bondi 7. Bought several pairs in different colors. But, Hoka has done something different with these and I don’t like them! Not as cushioned either. One thing I’ve learned with Hokas, if one style is uncomfortable, try a different one! Hoka is the only brand I buy now but you can’t give up on them if you only try one style!

I like the shoe and they are comfortable. But after one week they started squeaking, at first it was only once in a while then they started squeaking more and on different surfaces
I called and they said that they can't say why n offered a refund or exchange.

I've purchased so many Hoka styles over the last few yrs only to keep up with what's new. My orig old Bondi shoes were the best so I recently ordered a new pair of Bondis only to find avail the Bondi 8 which was dissappointing. More $$ & less shoe. They lack the cushiness & overall quality & fit inside left shoe made blisters. Think I'll stay away from Hoka for awhile.

These are really great sneakers for work! They are super comfortable. My last pair of hokas has a bit more cushioning so that's the reason for my lower rating but I'm still happy with them.

Very SLIPPERY - on stone or tile or hardwood they were like walking on ice. I even chatted with Hoka online and they acted like they'd never heard of this. I tried 5 different Hokas - Clifton 9, Bondi 8, Bondi X, Asahi 6 and Bondi SR - they told me the Bondi SR had really good traction but they all did the same thing. This video is on a hardwood floor - not waxed or anything. I did end up getting the Hoka Speedgoat - goat sounded like something sturdy and they do not slide so much. I love the comfort and the colors but most of my house is hard floors and I can't see not ever wearing these shoes inside. Do people only wear them outdoors?

My initial experience with Hoka was at the recommendation of my podiatrist to try the line of sneakers with the meta rocker. At that time Bondi 7 was what she suggested. I bought 2 pair and loved them. When I went to reorder, only Bondi 8 was available so I am trying them now. I have to be honest and say that I much prefer the Bondi 7. They were just more comfortable and had a nice cushy but supportive feel. Bondi 8 also has a much wider toe box, a bit too wide for me.

These would have been the perfect shoes. My right shoe was fine, but my left shoe gave me awful blisters immediately. The inner sole was so sharp and not even shoe inserts helped. Sending them back, poor design.

The toe box seems too narrow for a wide. I've purchased these shoes several times but these feel different.

I've been using these as my main running shoes for ~4 months and I feel like I'm still breaking them in. The sole feels hard, not cushioned, and they make for a clunky, awkward run.

These would be fine IF I didn't wear Aetrex Insoles for high arches....
The shoe doesn't accommodate the extra height of an insole, and as a result, my heel didn't stay secure inside the shoe.

I was looking for an all white version of my Clifton 8s which I love. I was referred by the website to the Bondi. When they came I was shocked how much sold these have and inn my size11 they looked and felt enormous. So I sent them back.

After reading reviews and seeing the new gray and hot pink color combination, I was so excited about this shoe. I have purchased many Hokas over the last few years because they have been the best shoe for my 12-hour shifts. However, the arch support feels like it is set slightly further back than previous pairs and I can feel it rub on the side of my foot. I didn't think I would be able to wear them at all the first time I put them on which is a big bummer because they are so expensive. However, I powered through and they have broken in more and are wearable now. This is my first time with the Bondi 8 and I will not be buying another one of this model because although the difference in the arch placement is very slight, it is enough to make me pass on this style in the future.

Love the color. Despite being bulky/wide, the toe box is quite narrow and feels tight on the 4th/5th toe. Maybe needed to purchase a. wide. Unsure if I would buy again.

I love everything about these shoes, comfortable, fit is great, and aesthetically looks appealing. However, I have not had any luck with the wear of these shoes. This is my fourth pair and the bottoms wear within the first few months of walking in them. I had reached out and shown pictures, however, they said I would have to send them back and wait for approval. I did not want to return them, but for the cost, they should have better traction at the bottom and not wear so quickly. I am slipping on cross walks while walking because how worn out the bottom is. It is very disappointing as these are surely not cheap sneakers. These I would only recommend for comfort and not the activities it claims to use them for. I would include a photo, however, there is no place to do so.

Was told they were like walking on a cloud. They were not. I walk on a cement floor all day and my feet still feel sore after an 8 hour shift.

I was looking forward to trying these shoes out. I ordered a size 9 and they sent me a nine wide. I thought I should try them out because other people say that the width makes a difference. Upon trying them out multiple times, I was finding that my feet were working really hard to stay in the shoe thus, the shoes were way too wide. I'm going to be exchanging them in hopes that the regular size will be better.
