Shoes are very comfortable but a bit loose I ordered an 8 but the ones I got were 8 wide not sure if they all come wide but besides that a very comfortable shoe much better than my on clouds

Honestly for the price I was expecting walking on clouds haha it was a nice enough shoe, but not for what I needed with a sesamoidectomy. Was looking for the light and most cushioned ones HOKA offered, which I thought would be Bondo. Bought some Nike air maxes and those provided more comfort than the HOKAs. Not for me, returned.

I love how the shoes look but when they arrived they were scraped up. If I wasn't so desperate to have shoes for work I would have returned them but I had to have tennis shoes

I should have listened to others reviews. The Bondi 7 was comfortable from the moment I put them on. The Bondi 8 has much to be desired. Despite wearing, ordering and receiving and size wide, it fits like a normal width. The top (across the top of the foot) fits too tight even with laces loosened. Around the ankle does not feel comfortable either, rubs on the heel and the ankle bone. I do not recommend Bondi 8 but immensely support Bondi 7!

These shoes fit very well and I love how they are made for a more rolled walking motion. I get really bad shin splints and these shoes give me so much more time during my workout before my shins eventually start to heat up. The only thing I don't like is that the insoles are so stiff that my first couple times wearing them, I started getting hot spots right away and my feet hurt so bad afterward. BUT I HAVE HOPE that once they are broken in, they will be my favorite shoes.

I so wanted these to work and ordered the wide but they are too narrow for my foot. The Arahi 6 wide are much better. I returned these.

Was very excited to wear my Hoka. Unfortunately they were not comfortable at all. Pushed in to my outer ankle when I walked making it so painful i couldn't wait to get them off. Plus the arch in the shoe is like it is misplaced. It doesn't arch in your arch it arched behind your natural arch. Couldn't wait to get these off! And I really wanted to love these but I'm not into pain.

When the new Bondi 8s arrived, I was wearing my old Bondi 7s. I tried one new one while wearing one old one. The Bondi 8 has a much firmer feel compared to the marshmallowy feel of the Bondi 7. I think I prefer the softer feel of the Bondi 7, but I'm continuing to wear the new Bondi 8s.

I received my 5th (at least) pair of Hokas (on sale) from the company. When I opened box, it was clear they had been tried on (not worn) before. Paper out of shoes inside box. The shoes looked new, but the right one had a dark stain on the toe and one pair of lace openings looked like they had a weak spot that could tear. I returned them last week, but have not received anything yet. Asked for a replacement (not a return only) because I do want the shoes.

I was really looking to post a review like everyone else saying they feel like walking on a cloud in their Hoka sneaker but I can't. I am someone who is on my feet at times 16 hours a day with plantar fasciitis. One of the sneakers on my left foot hurts and it feels like something hard poking me on the lateral side of that foot. I don't really have the relief experience I was expecting and had to go back to my New Balance sneakers because my feet was hurting more with the Hoka sneakers on. I am disappointed and for the price of Hoka sneakers I should feel like I am walking on a cloud.

Love the style, the color, the weight and materials. However, having worn out several pairs of the Bondi, the 8 is too narrow in toe box and is not comfortable for all-day wear like the 6 and 7. Why mess up a perfect thing?

I am wearing my Hokas as I write this. It is my first pair, but several friends have them and really like them , so I decided to try them. My friends all have "foot problems" and I do not.

Returning these. The look of this shoe is deceiving. They look wide and bulky, yet the toe box is narrow and doesn’t give room for toes to splay naturally. I could feel my toes overlapping each other when I tried the shoes on. Really disappointing.

This shoe made my foot roll external towards the small toe. So, its not for me. My co-workers swore by the Bondi being comfortable... Everyone is different.

I just received these, so time will tell how how they work for me. One thing I hate immediately is that the tongue is stitched down to the side. I buy lace-up shoes because my feet stay swollen on top and I can’t wear anything tight over the arch. Having it stitched down for someone who can lace it tighter guarantees that it is impossible to pull it to the middle. I may cut it from the tether and hope it doesn’t make anything unstable. They are also pretty clunky looking, but I knew that when I bought them and figured it was worth the tradeoff for feet that don’t hurt. But I certainly didn’t anticipate the bizarre situation with the tongue.

I felt discomfort the minute I put the shoes on in the inner arch of both feet. I thought the pain would go away and that I had to "break them in." It has been a few days and I still feel the discomfort in the same area and am going to change these. I will try to wide and hope that that works better.

Shoes look nice. I bought a pair that is supposed to be great for those that are on their feet long hours. Unfortunately they do not work for me. My feet hurt at the end of the day. These were a very expensive shoe that were sadly not worth the money for me.

This just didn't quite fit right. I've worn and loved Saucony Rides/ISO and Brooks Ghosts, but so many people have recommended Hoka that I wanted to give them a try. In every day shoes I wear a 7.5, but I have one foot that measures between a 7.5 and 8 due to one arch being slightly higher/lower than the other, so in running shoes, I've been professionally fitted to an 8.5. So, I ordered an 8.5. I say all of this because I'm not sure if it's the size that was too big, but there is a hard plastic bit that hit and poked on both feet when I put them on. I don't have a wide foot or a narrow foot. I don't have a high arch or a low arch, but this plastic guide (for lack of better descriptor) hits on the cushioned part of the foot just before the arch on each side. I'm not sure if this would hit closer to the arch if this shoe were an 8 and therefore, I should've ordered an 8. I will say that it was more noticeable on my right foot (the one with the slightly higher arch and therefore slightly shorter foot. Either way, these didn't work for me. I will say, that they are very cushiony, and because the cushion extends past the width of the toe box, they have a lot of bounce. For the right foot, I can understand why they are loved by many. Unfortunately, they just didn't work for me. If I get a chance to try another style or a smaller size in a store, I would consider giving the brand another go based on the cushion aspect. My advice would be to possibly size down from other running shoes if your feet are a little off like mine.
I'd also recommend:
Brooks, Saucony

I bought the sky color six months ago and loved them. Bought the latest citrus glow and the cut in the arch is entirely different. This arch now digs into my foot arch and is extremely uncomfortable. Unsure what changed but for the price paid I would expect consistency in the shoe.

After a lot of recommendations and research and the struggle to pay this much for a sneaker. I went ahead and bought my first pair. I suffer from plantar fasciitis. I was in a bit of pain before I started wearing these. So I held off until my heel felt better. I've started wearing them daily as I am a private caregiver. And the pain in my heel has come back. I like it has a wide tow box but I'm not feeling the comfort and relief that everyone was talking about. I know everyone is different. I don't think I will buy these again. This was a lot of money to invest

I have a narrow foot and it was way to wide in the toe box area. I also have plantar fasciitis and it did not relieve any of my heel pain.
