I purchased for Every day wear and walking. There seems to be a slight difference in the arch area of the sole insert which is a bit bothersome. I never noticed this with the previous bondi versions, i.e, 7 and prior. Also, I purchased the new speedgoat5 mid gtx. Love them but i miss the loop on the back that was included on the speedgoat 4. Would love it if you would make a speedgoat non-gtx mid too for those of us that live in warmer climates. Or possibly make a mid- bondi.

Good fit and comfortable. Fits my orthotic. Good on my feet suffering from large bunion and second toe lifting with pain.

If I could give 0 stars I would but that wasn't an option. This version of the Bondi is awful. Not as cushioning, toe box is too cramped, tongue doesn't move around, too narrow (even the wide). I received these as a Christmas gift and sure wish I could return them. My previous Bondi's were all 7 wide and fit perfectly. These are too cramped and small.

I loved my Bondi 7's. Bought 3 pair. Decided to get a Bondi 8 as recommended, same size and width. My toes rub on the font outer corners, creating irritation on the tips of my toes and these are worn so nothing I can do except spend money to get a half size larger. Disappointing for that amount of money to not be able to wear the size/width recommended. I would continue to recommend Bondi to friends but a 1/2 die up from the 7-8's!

This is my favorite running show. So comfortable and lots of cushion for miles of road running. My other pair of running shoes is Brooks Adrenaline, which I like, but I definitely prefer the softer landing with the Hoka's. Trying not to wear them too much right now so I can have plenty of cushion for my 10 K run in WV next month.

This was my first experience with Hoka and I guess they're just not for me. The fit was comfortable. The cushioning was great. But the base of the shoe was so wide and awkward I felt like I was wearing clown shoes. The structure of it caused me to change my gait when I walked, which hurt the back of my calves. I know so many people swear by these, so I was excited to try them out, so I have to say I'm disappointed.

Decided to try these sneakers because I was getting shin splints after my runs. These have made a world of difference! Took a little to get used to because of thicker sole but feels great now. I would definitely recommend. They are TTS.

I really wanted to like them, but they were a bit too much shoe for me. Also the fit wasn't quite right in the toe area. I'm going to try another style.

I have a pair of Bondi 7 that I absolutely love and they are the reason that I spread the word about how wonderful the shoes are, even for the price - totally worth it. I ordered a black and white pair to go with some of my work clothes and they only had the Bondi 8 version. I am saddened to admit that while they are still decent shoes, they don't come close to the first pair. I don't feel that they are any where as cushioned as the first pair, nor do I love that the tongue is only attached on one side of the shoe - too weird. I kept the shoes because I am hoping that they will loosen up a bit more as I wear them, and I will most likely be cutting the side with the tongue of the shoe attached, which pains me to do to a pair of shoes that cost so much money.

I had Hopi 6 before these and thought those were great; but the 8's blew them out of the water. So supportive and comfy, makes walking the dog or running on the road seamless.

I'm 5'7 "@250Pds with wide feet. I have really bad issues with my arches, especially on the left. I'm on my fitness journey after having my two boys back to back. I have lost 70Pds, I thought my underarm, nike and pumas would do definitely not to much pain during the 12'3'30 after weight training. I would suggest but I do still feel an uncomfortable feeling, but it doesn't bother me. I'll be repurchasing another's.

This is the first time I've ever had an issue with any Hoka shoes I've ever bought which has been very upsetting. The loop on the back of my left shoe is raveling apart. I haven't worn these shoes that much since I got them because I wear them for home use and not work use.

If you have any type of foot problems, try this shoe. Bondis offer stability and enough cushion to take away any pressure points that might be causing pain. I feel like I'm walking on clouds when I wear my Hoka One Bondi's. < 3
