The Bondi 8 is a huge upgrade from the previous version (the bondi 7)! The toe box is much more comfortable-- the material is now finally without the uncomfortable plastic overlays that made the bondi 7 toe box fit constricting and narrow. Much better for those with orthopedic and arthritic conditions. I hope Hoka keeps these changes and never goes back to the problems with the bondi 7

I wanted to keep these shoes for walking 2 miles daily, but the wide width was too narrow for me sadly.

These shoes fit very well. The support is great for my feet. Since I've been wearing these shoes every day, my knees and hips have felt so much better. This is my second pair of Hoka shoes and I will continue to buy them.

I bought these to see if they would help my recent plantar fasciitis. They seem to really help take away that stone bruised feeling in my heels. When you put the shoe on, it feels like you're surrounded by comfort. I would highly recommend them.

Fit and style and comfort all as expected. No complaints. Cost a lot more than prior version and I don’t see why.

Excellent shoes. Help me keep active, despite plantar fasciitis. Bought two prs 7.5 wide, and I think they fit true to size in length and width. I've worn them a lot in the last few months, and they've held up well. Will definitely continue to buy them as long as they maintain their manufacturing quality.

Great fit, true to size. Im a 7.5 but order an 8 to accommodate swollen feet from work. These fit perfectly. Thick socks would not fit. So Id say they are more fitted. Super comfortable. Did not require a break-in period for me, which is super rare. My partner is an RN and loves them too. His last about 6 months due to intense work load. Mine are too new to tell but going strong.

Best shoes I have purchased for my aerobics class! These have excellent support and stability. The cushioning is excellent. Overall a very comfortable shoe!

This is a great shoe- I bought it for a friend- she has trouble with her feet and needed a wide option- the cushion, fit and feel after she works all day as a teacher are perfect! I highly recommend the Hoka brand- all their shoes are great!

Hoka are reliable in fit and comfort. Also own Bondi 7, and Bondi 8 have even more comfortable footbed

These shoes were recommended by my physical therapist (these are the only athletic shoes he buys) & he was so right! I have peripheral neuropathy & walking for any length of time is painful. The first time I put these on it was like my feet were encased in comfort & I was able to walk without discomfort. Hoka's will now be my go to athletic shoes also. The price is the only stumbling block, but I put them on a 6 month payment plan so I could afford them. I have tried many brands of shoes & these are the first that made a difference for me. I can see why they are priced where they are.

I am mad for Hoka. Most all the shoes I've tried I couldn't walk very far before I was limping from my neuroma. Hoka's give me freedom to walk as far as I like (probably an exaggeration as I haven't walked loooong distances yet) and my foot doesn't hurt. I got the Hoka7's and loved them, but going back to get another pair I couldn't get my size in the wide width so I tried the 8s. They are a bit narrower so my bunion is visible, but the stretchy material doesn't make it totally uncomfortable.

Really like these shoes but a tiny bit tight.

These are the best brand of shoes I have ever found.

The choice of width was B or Wide - I did not need wide but B turned out to be very snug. I only realized after ordering that there are actually 3 widths available but was not a choice. Possibly it was not available in my size. My mistake. I have another pair of Hokas I love this shoe. Hoping to make this pair work out.

ok these HOKA's are just the BEST. i've been wearing hoka's since about 2015 and my favorite pairs have been the stinson ( RIP ) and the napoli. i ordered the clifton 8 ... they were absolutely horrible for my feet / painful at the ankles / hurt my achilles tendons / and i think the pair i received was defective bc both shoes wee extremely pronated. replaced them with the bondi ...AHHHHHHH !!! they are AMAZING ! like two little clouds strapped to my feet ! happy dance !!!! my new faves (: you need these too !!!

Comfortable and light. Just bulky looking. Will recommend for comfort.
