Had been wearing the Gaviota for the past 5 years, but developed some metatarsal pain...the Bondi 8 solved the problem!

This was my first time purchasing Hoka's & I only did it because so many of my friends recommended them for work and I can't say enough good thing about the shoes! They are so comfortable & they add a few much needed inches to my height. I work in healthcare so i'm on my feet all day & these shoes just work wonders!

This is my first experience with HOKA shoes. I read they were recommended for people who stand all day. When I first tried them on they felt completely different from the shoes I use for working out. I wore them for a few days to break them in. They are extremely cushioned and feel terrific. I sometimes feel like I have to lift my feet because they are so cushioned, but it's not necessary to do that. I Love Them.

I work in a hospital and am constantly running around. These shoes give great stability and I can also stand longer in one spot without my back hurting. I really love them!

I purchased these as a Christmas gift for my daughter! She absolutely loves them , especially for working out! She has another pair she wears when she works at the hospital. These definitely put a smile on her face

Bought as a gift for granddaughter. Received a wide instead of regular width but customer service was great in making the exchange. Hope she loves them. My other granddaughter has a pair and she loves them.

I'm a nurse and got these for work. I was tentative at first because the arches didn't feel the same on both feet. That feeling went away immediately. No "break-in" period. I have a wider toe base and always feel like my toes are smashed together in other shoes. Not these. My feet and legs have never hurt after work. Kind of sad when I have to take them off after my shift!!

I have a really hard time finding shoes...I have a bone spur on my left foot and very low arches. Too much arch support and I feel like I've walked on boulders, too little and my heels kill me like I'm getting plantar fasciatis. Very rarely do I find a pair I can wear a full 8 hours from the beginning. I'm a housekeeper at a hospital so I'm on my feet all night.. not uncommon to walk 5-8 miles a day. These shoes are fabulous! After 2 days my heels didn't hurt anymore! I will definitely be buying more!

This is my fourth pair of Bondi type of Hoka. I have two 8.5 wides that I use to walk/jog. I have two pairs of 8.5 B that I use for every day wear. For some reason, it helps me with comfort having the wider shoe for walking jogging, and the regular width is fine for me if I'm on my feet all day. if I have any other kind of shoes besides the other style Bondi that I wear my feet hurt. I find the speed goat five in wide, is very comfortable for my foot for walking or jogging. The colors of all my shoes and I have three of the speed goats.

I first started wearing Hoka Bondis with the 7 version... the 8 is even better for me. The upper is softer and more supple but still provide excellent support. I have a Morton's Neuroma which made it impossible for me to walk for my health like I love to do. The surgical option didn't sound great so I finally spent the $ for Hokas and now I will never wear another shoe! I can walk 6- 8 miles a day in comfort with no issues at all. I did order a wide to get a bit more room in the toe box. I absolutely LOVE my Hokas and when we walk around a neighborhood lake, we've found many other Hoka enthusiasts who notice our shoes or we notice theirs and we chat up the brand! It's been wonderful to hear that so many others have health and fitness benefits as well. They are a bit pricey but for me, they are worth every penny and more because they let me walk and stay healthy with NO pain!

I am a full time nurse and am on my feet a lot. Other shoes made me feel like my body aged 20 years after every shift. I live by this brand. I recommend it to family, friends, and my patients. I wish they offered wide sizes in more colors but I can't complain because these are so cute and I get lots of compliments on them.

I do a lot of cross training including intervals, weight lifting, walking, spinning, biking, etc. These shoes are great for walking both on pavement and solid trails that are not too off the beaten path. Prob would need something different for mountain hiking. I also dont recommend these for weight training and balance exercises. They have excellent support and are cushiony enough for me. I plan to put a lot of miles on them.
