I bought these for my boyfriend for his birthday since his old Nikes weren't doing it for him anymore. He wears an extra wide M12 so finding comfortable shoes for him is difficult to say the least. He says that he feels like he is walking on clouds! I would definitely recommend to any folks with wider feet that are looking for comfortable walking or all day sneakers.

These are a nice upgrade from the Bondi 7, and are perfect for my problematic feet. After numerous injuries and surgeries, I have regular foot and ankle pain, but the cushion of the Bondi 8 has so far helped tremendously. I had a pair of version 7, but ended up returning them as they did not feel as cushioned as I felt they should. Version 8, for me, has been much better in that regard. I also have hammer toes, and am loving the toe box height and airy-ness. They are a nice compliment to my Mach 5s and I look forward to getting many miles in them.

great for walking around

I am a nurse working 12 hr shifts. I'm 48yo, overweight, have RA and gout. I have a bunion that I can't get repaired due to inflammation from RA. These shoes are stretchy and very flexible and my feet love them!

I do wish the toe box section had more cush. I have cut out the toe section of some footbed inserts and have them under my runner full inserts in all but my hoka trail running shoes.

I used to run 5 miles every other day 8 years ago, however I became big and heavy after health issues I'm starting walking after many years and some jogging and this shoes are truly helping me since they are perfect for those on the heavier side since they are so spongy and soft so maybe a slower shoe for the Abid runner for if you are on the heavier side this shoes will protect your knees and joints.

I have crippled feet and have to wear specially made shoes that rub holes in my feet. My doctor suggested Hoka Bondi. I bought a pair and loved them instantly. They move with my feet. I have Charcot feet and have had amputations. These shoes are a God send!!!! I'm really thankful for them. They cost but, it's worth it for my feet! I would love to see more variety in the 4E but I'm just over the moon with these shoes!!!

I bought these at the suggestion of a podiatrist to help with my bunions and metatarsal pain, which was becoming disabling. I finally have shoes that i can walk in nearly pain free. I think they're going to be instrumental in recovering my feet health.

Love these guys. Just wish there were more color options in my size. My podiatrist swears by these and they have completed alleviated my plantar fasciitis, my big toe arthritis and other foot issues developed from being a bigger guy used to wearing cheap shoes.

Love the cushioning in this shoe, walk 6-8 miles a day in them!

Hoka shoes helped me through a trip to Walt Disney World with plantar fasciitis, during which we walked almost forty miles in five days. Great shoes, great fit, super comfortable, and nice looking. My new shoe brand for life.

I wear these sneakers all day at work averaging 3 miles of walking per day. They keep my feet happy and still get home and walk 2.5 miles every other day!

Most comfortable shoes ever

I'm on my 4th pair now. I've graduated from Bondi 6 to Bondi 8. the fit is always good and I really like the cushion for my daily walks around the neighborhood

I use Bondi 8 for my everyday shoes and for taking walks. Most comfortable shoes I own. It helps plantar fasciitis. I don't think I could run in them. I need more stability for running. Hoka needs to make other models in Extra Wide. I'd try their hiking shoes if the had Xtra Wide......
