I live in these. Can't walk w/o them. 1st pair bought Bondi6. Own 2 6s, 2 7s, 2 8s. 1st 6s best looking best functioning athletic shoe I have ever owned. Innovative. Only criticism is that the 8's tops and laces are not as sturdy or as robust. Laces not as neat in looks. Are flimsier. Tops thiner. When standing or sitting they lose shape and wrinkle. Still best performing, most comfortable, coolest looking shoes on market.

HOKA was recommended, I really like the fit.

Took my Dad out to several stores that had several brands including the Hoka's, after trying them all to solve big problem of his foot being super sore after his 8-10hr shifts of 12-20K steps of walking, or any walking in general... These were the most comfortable option and now at the end of shifts, there's little to no pain. It's mostly fixed what we set out to do, which is getting a special pair of shoes built for long standing/or walking that balances all the pressure points, which is really cool on this. You can really tell it saddles your balance to where the pressure isn't being put on the front of your foot, and then the rear is a really need cushion bounce-like pep for every step. He's 5'10, 230ibs. I personally didn't need any shoe's but I tried them on at the Pacers Racers store nearby as well and was impressed as well after circling the store for a few mins and going back to my Nike's which are already thicker on the bottom. Once again, this is a very thick shoe, but that's the purpose... The thicker the bottoms mean the more drastic the cushion and if you're wanting to end most of the pain and solve that issue for work shifts, this is the one. & while they are very pricey, it is what it is, the solution. Oh, he got the extra wide variant and I wouldn't say we are super wide of footing or anything, but I tried normal wide and extra or aka 4E, and they were noticeably more comfortable and not as tight, so make sure you test the various width at a store if possible. But I'm sure you'll still be satisfied in general with either width. We purchased ultimately from this Hoka site due to the specific size/width/color choice not exactly being available at the store, but the purchase from website went great and shipped super fast, like 1-2 days if I can recall. No issues and he plans to get a new pair every 8-12 months or whichever the longevity ends up being. They're holding up greatly thus far. Thanks for reading and sorry for any typing errors!

I took them to Italy one week after purchasing them. We walked an average of 10 miles a day for five straight days and at no time did my feet hurt. Felt like I was walking on clouds the entire time.

I basically have a pinched nerve in my foot. My podiatrist told me to get some rocker bottom shoes and I found these. They're awesome and my pain is 95% relieved. I don't even use my orthotics anymore. The Gaviotas are the only shoe Hoka carries that are late stage Meta rockers that come in a wide width. And they come in three colors; Black, Blue, and (Grandpa) Grey, in Wide. I wish they came in some other colors and that there was more than just one choice in shoe. But I LOVE these!

Great shoe. Totally enjoy the look and the comfort

I caddie for golf and I walk 4-8 miles per day for exercise. I have tried a lot of different shoes and this is the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. So good I am on my second pair of the exacta same shoe. I also have a wider foot around the toe box and these shoes fit good without having to wear the wires.

I have had continuous foot problems, my Dr recommended these shoes and best investment in shoes ever. Well worth the cost

These shoes have helped my back, leg and feet pain. They are so supportive and comfortable. It is difficult to wear some of my other shoes after wearing these HOKA's.

I do 70-100 miles a week walking and these are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn.

Soft shoes but don't lose stability

Switched to HOKA after battling YEARS of foot pain...I'm sold! No longer have chronic foot pain DUE to these shoes!

I can't even begin to describe what an incredible shoe this is. I have worn my for 2 weeks now and this my go to shoe. So much, that I was invited to a formal affair, I would be tempted to buy the black ones and wear them. Please note that there are a lot of websites offering them for less. They are probably counterfeit as I learned the hard way. I am in no way affiliated with Hoka and this is just my own opinion.

I tried several brands with medical recommendations. nothing is comparable with Bondi8. even Bondi7. This eliminate your lower back pain. no pressure to knees and if you have a wide foot, then the x-wide is the one. pro-tip: if choosing x-wide then you need to select half a size smaller

Padded and fits the foot well.

I walk/jog with these shoes. They are, so far, and I've had many, the most comfortable walk/jog shoes I've experienced. Can really feel it when going up an incline. Can't even complain about the price. Fits well too.

I use the shoes for everyday use. My only complaint is I ordered all black and the uppers look dark blue
