Very disappointed in the process of online purchase, return and exchange. I've been a 15 year Hoka advocate and needed a pair during travels in Northern Michigan. After consulting multiple times with reps regarding Bondi sizing ( I wear 3 different styles of Hoka, all different sizes) I still don't have the order. Rethinking my Hoka locality.

The backs of the shoe is like foam rubber and it folds into the shoe when you put them on. The fold does not unfold when you put your foot in and it's very uncomfortable

Honestly this is one of the most uncomfortable shoe I've worn. Nursetok lied to me I can't with these shoes I'd stick with ultraboost

I have neuropathy so l am looking for a shoe that has the most pillow-like comfort in a shoe the bondi looks like what meets my needs. But HOKA bondi is limited in the color and size . (darker colors) I feel that It is not fair to rate HOKA because I have not had the full experience. (a shoe that fits, that I like)

The bottom started to come apart after a week and a half. I typically like these shoes and haven't had issues in the past. My guess is they will survive about a month and a half before falling apart too much to use. I reached out to customer services asked for a coupon or something to alleviate the 180 price tag on my next pair but they said no. I liked the shoes before but I guess they're not what they used to be. I understand they have a return policy but that won't help me during the week or 2 I am between running shoes.

Have trouble with finding a walking shoe that fits. Purchased the extra wide but still to tight on my food.

Even at extra wide, Hoka Bondi 8 is so narrow that if you have even slightly wide feed, do yourself a favor and look for other brands. Hoka doesn't have anything for wide feet it seems.

While the cushioning is very comfortable the shoe lacks in support as I ask over the outside of the shoes. If this is happening in the guest two weeks thus. How will not last long and at the price definitely not worth it.

I wear a 10.5 4E in shoes. I have purchased Clifton extra wide and they fit great. The bondi however are not extra wide even though the shoes are marketed as being extra wide size. Very disappointed with this purchase. I would have purchased the Clifton again but they have not been available in extra wide. Please bring them back on the market!

I originally switched from New Balance to Hoka with the Bondi 6 and I loved them and went through about 5 or 6 pairs of the Bondi 6. And then when Hoka released the Bondi 7, I loved them even more. After trying several different times the new Bondi 8, I gave up. The Bondi 8 fits terrible compared to the previous models. Way too clunky in the toe box area and narrow around the arch. I switched to the Graviota and am now trying to get comfortable with those. We will see. PLEASE BRING BACK THE BONDI 7!!!!

After several rolled ankles and a small sprain I gave up on giving this shoe a try. It provided 0 support for me. Turns out I needed to have bought the Arahi 6 which actually provide the support I need. I even tried the Gaviota 4 and did not feel the support I needed in them as well.

I bought Men Bondi 8. After trying, it's not working well with me. Not comfortable. Uncomfortable at arch. Not felling pleasant on my fast walk & jogging.

Shoes are very uncomfortable and I regret and wish I hadn't spent the money! Not sure if I just got the wrong style or what but I ordered extra wide and they are only wide in the front instead of wide in the widest part of anyone's foot

You have ruined what was an excellent shoe. It now looks and feels like a shrimp boat! UGLY!

I've tried on other shoes of yours and they are more comfortable these ones gave me pain when walking I return them. I am looking for all black shoes I see that you don't have a lot with double e I've tried on a few other pairs that felt good I just did not like the color hoping you have more wider sizes coming out in the future in Black. I am still looking for a good fitting pair of your shoes cuz I have had others that felt great and comfortable.

Soles are too wide and they rub against one another, making them dangerous to use without stumbling or tripping.

To say that I am disappointed with the Bondi 8 would be an understatement. I don't understand why shoe companies can't leave well enough alone. I previously purchased the Bondi 7 shoes from your site, and absolutely loved them. The second I put these 8's on, I could tell there was something different with the fit in the heel. Sure enough, 6 blocks in and the burning on both heels was already setting in. Next time you have a massive fan favorite, please just leave it alone.

This is my second pair of Bondi's but the shoes do not feel nearly as comfortable, I believe they are not made as well as the first pair. The tongue seems to be sewed on at an angle and the shoes feel tight and hurt the top of my feet. I will not be buying another pair.

DO NOT BUY!!! The 2023 model is 40% less comfortable than the 2022 model. I work on my feet on concrete for 14-16 hrs a day, 5 days a week. These used to be the only shoe that I could be in all day and it would save my joints, knees, and back. Whatever they did to this model has made them significantly less comfortable. I alternate the different shoes each day and I look forward to the days when I have to wear the 2022 model. Not sure if they made the change to save money or because of inflation, but this is very sad to me. I believed in these shoes so much that by my word-of-mouth, I know 20-30 people with these shoes. Now I tell them to steer clear. I hope very much that they will go back to the old sole. Unfortunately history says otherwise. How many products became "nerfed" or "inferior" because of companies trying to make more money by saving money? So very sad. If you agree, please let your voice be heard. These shoes are too expensive for them to become less comfortable. DO NOT BUY!

Bought one pair for my wife and 2 pair for myself. After a couple days my feet were hurting real bad. Feel like I have waisted over $500.00

Yes the overall Feel for the Shoe is nice and comfy but overpriced when the cloth interior of the shoe rips if you use it on a daily! Got a bad blister on the back of my heel area and I use a shoe horn and somehow they don't seem to last me more than 4 months. I'm very upset I stand for 13+ hours a day and would like reliable shoes maybe it's just my luck with the Bondi having this issue of cloth coming undone after several months. I'm just upset I just bought these shoes not too long ago and it's as if I abused it when I'm standing on concrete and carpet majority of the day at the airport and hardly gets dirty.
