Same as any other HOKA's in size 15; goofy as hell. It's like the bigger the shoe, the padding is increased non-proportionally. I felt like I was a member of KISS, but I cant play any instruments or have a cool tongue thing. I just have high heeled shoes on that make me hit my head on doorframes...

You shipped the wrong item! I ordered Mens Hoka Bondi 8 and received child's shoes. I do NOT recommend Zappos.

Very disappointed in these shoes, they were immediately uncomfortable. I have had the Bondi 7 and loved them, literally wore them out. I find that men’s shoes are usually more comfy for my wide feet. Ordered correct size and found that what I guess I would call the midsole is absurdly narrow, to the point of pain from the hard rubber cutting in to the bottom of my foot. My husband, who does not have wide feet figured he would try them to see if they worked for him and the same instant discomfort. Neither one of us could wear these for more than 20 seconds, they were that rigid and poorly shaped.

These are the worst shoes I have ever bought. I bought them in April of 2023 and they are worn out so much to the point where they are completely unwearable. These are the most expensive shoes I have ever bought and are of the worst quality. The sales people at the store told me not to wear cotton socks to not ruin the area of the shoe behind my heel. I got rid of all my cotton socks and that area still wore out so quickly and foam is falling out of the back of the shoe. There is also a hole in the upper part. Tried to submit a claim for the warranty but I would have to pay to send them and would only get on-line credit for more crappy shoes. Will never buy Hokas again!

I received the black Bondi's with the white base as a gift and was super excited. After wearing them casually for just about 3 weeks they started to wear down. The base got scratched and looks terrible now. The fabric is super worn down. I've never owned such a cheaply made pair of shoes. Super disappointing and won't buy Hoka again.

I purchased the Bondi 8 in black/black and waited 10 days for my order to arrive only to have it be a different color than what I ordered!!! Plus they feel as if they run smaller than they stated they do! What a disappointment! I was considering purchasing another pair but I think I'll give my business to a brand that takes their customer's satisfaction to heart!!!

I have had 3 separate pairs of Clifton 9 and loved every one. Thought I would try something new with the bondi and now whenever I run my feet really hurt. I will admit that I am a big dude with flat feet but I never had this problem with the Clifton's.

They are the right size but they make my son's feet hurt. Like they are to tight across the toe area! He wore them one day and tried the next day but had to change because his feet were hurting so bad! Now I can't send them back because he wore them 1day!!

Continuing from my initial review... 4 months into these shoes - These shoes have finally broken in. And like their claim, their durability is on point. I can definitely see them lasting quite a long time, even as a runner. However, they still give me blisters on occasion in my mid sole, and now they are the source of ongoing shin splints. All this being considered, I have thus had to switch to thicker socks and keeping runs below 10mi... These shoes were made for doctors and nurses in hospitals, or really any one on there feet all day. They are NOT made for marathon runners or those training for marathons. From the back pain, to the blisters, to the shin splints, there is just really nothing good I have to say about this shoe and I STRONGLY ADVISE Hoka to either revamp the shoe or take it completely off the market to prevent injury to others. Regardless of how other reviews might rant and rave about the Bondi 8, I hope potential buyers of this shoe will weigh my opinion. I am happy to give positive reviews and stellar ratings to companies and products that surpass my expectations (such as with the Clifton). This shoe however, is an absolute atrocity.

Brief bios - I'm in my 30's, 175 lbs. I have always been in rather good shape physically and played sports when I was younger. I am a certified personal trainer and have recently gotten back into running, looking to run my first marathon in May. Reason why I bought these shoes - these shoes sports several claims from its maximum cushioning to its durability, and that it is an ideal shoe for both recovery runs and longer distances. Furthermore, dozens of reviews support these claims to the effect that this is the shoe for going the distance without sacrificing risk of burn out or injury. As a Hoka enthusiast and purist (the Clifton literally made me start running again!), I CANNOT DISAGREE MORE. These shoes are absolutely TERRIBLE in nearly every aspect withstanding aesthetics and durability. Inspecting the shoe I could definitely tell that it was more durable, and trying them on I could tell the cushion was top grade but definitely would need a good amount to break in. My first run in these shoes was a simple 5K. For the entire duration of the run I felt like my feet were strapped to bricks! VERY heavy, VERY unforgiving, VERY narrow and VERY unexpecting from Hoka! First impression - I decided to decrease my break in runs to literally 2 miles at a time and also wear them for 1-2 weeks as normal shoes. HORRIBLE IDEA! First there was the back pain - this shoes claims to have "plush" cushioning/the maximum amount of cushioning Hoka supplies. Be weary of this - with too much sink and a rather lack of support in that regard, the lower back is compromised. This is certainly the case with this shoe. Next there is the narrow mid sole - way more narrow that the clifton. Like "is this even the same company?" narrow. As a result, and even through 2 mile runs, I developed blisters on the arches of my feet. After 4 months...Please read subsequent review.

Went and got foot measurements, employee recommended these as a good starter for newish runners. Started running in them, felt a little heavy on the foot, and gave me blisters. Figured I had to break them in.nope 1 1/2 months later still getting blisters. Would not recommend.

Ran for the first time in these for about 10 miles. The first 3 the shoes were comfortable and felt good. Then after the 5th mile I started feeling an extreme level of pain in my ankle. After finishing my run my legs and feet began to experience a pain I never felt before. My feet were full of blisters and every joint in my legs was just in pain. I'm really disappointed in this product and as an experienced runner this was my probably my worst run ever. Now if you just want to walk in these then they're great but as far as running please choose another shoe.

I used to wear Bondi 7 shoes for almost a year, and I loved them! They were very comfortable and felt like walking on a soft cushion. Despite being a little stiff on the sides, I got used to it. I have wide feet with a high arch, so it's hard for me to find the right shoes, but Bondi 7 D (normal) was a perfect fit for me. I liked them so much that my family joked that I was being paid to advertise them! When Bondi 8 came out, I was excited to try them, but I was disappointed. The size was too small, and my feet felt suffocated. So I returned them and got a bigger size, but they weren't as comfortable as the Bondi 7. They felt like a box made of plastic, and there was no pillow under my feet anymore. The material did't feel like a premium. In other words, I didn't feel like they were worth the money. So I switched to a different brand that felt more cushiony and comfortable.

Despite people looking like goofs in these shoes, I figured I would give them a try in seek of unmatched comfort. What a mistake. Extremely uncomfortable. I chose the same size as my brooks. Much narrower and short. There is a reason the wide in every model is sold out. Return in process. Oh well. I decided that not only are they uncomfortable but the quality seems nothing like brooks, they come in ugly colors and the look as obnoxious as I thought. Sorry Hoka, I will not try another size. You did not win my business.

I purchased these shoes and ran about 50 miles on them. The soles came unglued and the shoes started to fall apart. I returned them for an exchange, per the Hoka instructions ,4 months after purchase. It has been 5 weeks and Hoka has not responded

I wouldn't not recommend this shoes at all. For me as big guy thought this would be a good fit for me but the shoes were so tight I ended up with upper foot pain because of how the shoes so tight on my upper foot. Now I'm sitting here in pain and can't walk on it since Tuesday night. If you big guy like me, stay away from those type of and try other HOKA. I had this extra wide and still tight for me

I walk about nine miles every day at work. On day 23 of wearing them, the rubber grip began separating. If I could give these shoes zero stars I would. I bought these shoes based on their reputation for being of high quality and paying for a long time. It seems I was lied to.
