As a well-cushioned, neutral shoe, I thought it would be good for supination. Not so. I still feel that my left foot is going to slip off the shoe's outside edge.

I've had the shoes for 14 days now. I've worn the Hoka Bondi 8 for 13 of those days. I bought the shoes because I do a lot of walking at work. The amount of walking varies from 5k-25k steps, according to my fitbit. When I initially wore the shoes I was a bit skeptical, but then I started walking around and thought the shoes were actually quite nice. The shoes have a slight spring with each step that makes walking easier and the thick soles provide excellent cushioning. That's it for the pros. As for the cons, the shoes makes twisting your ankle extremely easy. I've twisted my ankles 3x at work so far. Now I have to be more careful when walking sideways. My pinky toe feels crushed after walking 2k steps. The brand name "Hoka" on the side of the shoe is already starting to peel off. I have no clue if this is true, but it feels like the shoes are trying to reshape my feet. To test if the shoes actually helped, I wore my usual pair of shoes to work today. I only walked 12k steps today and my feet are in so much pain. Yesterday I walked 15k steps in the Hoka shoes. Even though my feet still hurt, it was bearable and I could still get around. It may take 25k steps in the Hoka shoes before my feet are in that much pain. Now I think I might have gotten the wrong size of shoe. I usually wear size 8 wide. I doubt I'll buy another pair of shoes but if I do I'll try size 8.5.

The nonslip tread is laughable. That's the only requirement I needed other than comfort, which is laughable as well. My arch's have never been this sore from shoes.

length is okay, but the width (2e) is off. unable to find a replacement that seems "wide enough"...nothing in 3e or 4e that suits my fancy. did not wear the shoes long enough to determine arch support. returned both pair.

I loved everything about the shoe, except that the narrow insoles were poking into the arch of my foot and was a consistent source of pain. Had to stop using them after 30 minutes. Everything else was great. The padding for the steps. The comfort everywhere else. Just the arch support was bad for me.

Size and fit were good but the sole was ultimately too tall.

As a warehouse supervisor, your shoes are perfect but the area behind the heel always breaks and ends up stabbing the back of my heel. there are many other shoes that you can put on hands-free but the bondi will break apart if I don't sit down and put them on like an old man. Hopefully, you find a fix to this flaw in the future.

The fit is perfect but the cushion is uneven between shoes. The left shoe is more "spongy" than the right. Also on wet smooth surface, the traction is slippery.

This is my 5th pair of Bondi shoes. I love them. However, this time and the one before these, seem pretty tight. I order the wide width because I have neuropathy in my feet and haven't been able to wear them long enough to stretch them out this time.

Aloha, I took a chance and ordered a Bondi 8. While toggling thought the app, I came across the sizing aid. It told me based on my answers, my sizing for this shoe would be a 10.5 XW. I received the shoes earlier than the listed in the tracking..(good). Ended up wearing these for just one shift. They were very roomy and comfy initially but as my day went on, it ended up being too big regardless how much I adjusted the laces. On one particular part of my day, i had to remove large panel dance floor pieces.. and my method of choice is to kick out the sections to loosen them. One of the pieces was slightly oily and the shoes offered zero grip/traction. I read online in a forum that most of Hokas shoes were slip resistant to an extent and that was one of the main reasons I decided to buy. By the end of day, my feet were sore and around my ankle and front area where the shoe tongue rests were bruised from the impact of my foot sliding forward while trying to kick out the floor panel pieces. My philosophy is "If it ain't broke, don't fix it". However in this case Hoka Shoes have high reviews from my coworkers who use them. So while I don't doubt that perhaps in a half size down, these shoes would be great everyday shoes. In my case for my job.. I chose to return the Bondis and I'll stick to the ASICS that's been great to me throughout the years.

The shoes were okay...but for the price, I expected more comfort. While the soles definitely provided more support than other shoes I've had, these also gave me terrible blisters on my toes in a way I've never experienced with any other shoe.

Always bought Bondi 7's and were always comfortable and wore well. Not the case with the latest newer Bondi 8. Too tight in toe area, and width seems to be narrower. Cushion has been removed for some reason. Unfortunately will be returning.

Not all they're cracked up to be. Don't get me wrong, they're not bad shoes, I just thought I was going to be walking on clouds in these and that's not the case. Not sure if I need to add some insoles or what

I work in the service industry and the type of Hoka that I bought before this one was not available so this was suggested when I took the quiz While these shoes are very comfortable they are extremely slippery so I will not be purchasing these again

Not your faultI meant to order the Men's Clifton 9, size 10.5. I mistakenly ordered the Bondi8. When i returned from vacation the box had been opened and disposed of, but the shoes have not been worn. I would like return for the Men's Clifton 9 as mentioned above. What do i need to make the exchange, i do not have the box or return label. My BAD!

I bought these shoes under recommendation of both Dr and the website quiz to help with my plantar fasciitis. They are killing me. The insoles have no cushion. The stability is good and they look nice but I just can't wear them for long walks.

Same thing as others have commented. Hokas just do not seem to hold up. My previous few shoes were Clifton 8 which wore very fast, and Hoka has poor warranty. They need to review product to decide. Zappos is great, no questions. I switched to Bondi 8 and same thing, only 140 miles and inside heal has hole. They just do not last like running shoes should.

I have been buying Hokas for the last eight years and I can tell a difference in the new Bondi 8. I only buy Bondis for the cushion it gives me while walking and playing tennis. It looks like there is a touch of stability now, which really takes away from the comfort and it truly saddens me. The fit is also a little different as well. It seems to run a bit larger. I am sorry, but I am disappointed. I hate that, because I truly love the brand.

I like the Hokas, but I have a wide foot and went to men's 2x wide. They are a little big, but do the trick
