The shoe appears to fit small. Inside of feet sit just over the outside of the sole of shoe, never had to buy wide before but looks like if I buy Hokas again i will have to.

I bought two pairs of these because I thought the first was defective but sure enough they cut out the "walking on clouds" feeling with the Bondi 8. My beat up Bondi 7s have more of a bounce after over a year of nearly daily use.

I have 2 pairs of bondi 6 and 1 gaviota 4, all of which are great. My bondi 8s hurt my arches after an hour or two. Also, they are slightly narrower so that they are uncomfortable, also after an hour or two. If they work for you, they are probably as wonderful as other hokas. These didn't work for me

The Bondi 8 is a nice show, much sleeker look. Unfortunately, the "walking on pillows" magic is gone. The 8 has a much stiffer feel in comparison to the 7. Bring back the pillow magic.

Comfortable for my bunions but unusual base adversely affects my back. Did not meet expectations.

Good shoe but prefer my Clifton's over these.

I used these shoes for long walks. About an hour or so into walking I notice a rubbing on the side corners of the bottom of my feet. The rubbing seems to be coming from right where the insole meets the side wall of the shoe. I can't use them now.

Like the shoes for walking. Not so much for work. Get about 5hrs in and feet and back go to HURTING! my Redwing boots get me about 10hrs.

Fedex driver here! We're required to wear all black shoes and the Bondi has been a staple amongst the drivers at my station for many years/shoe generations.
Unfortunately the Bondi 8 hasn't been as well received here as past iterations. The main complaint seems to be the durability of the soles. On mine, the tread on the outsole has started coming off in chunks after only 3 months, and my right shoe has developed an extremely annoying squeak in the midsole.
Also, I was excited to see the new upper as it seemed like it would have better breathability, but it somehow seems to have worse breathability than the Bondi 7.
On the plus side, they feel lighter and more nimble than the 7's.
Cushioning feels about the same, although these are slightly more responsive. Not as stable as the 7's. Narrower toebox as well.
Overall impressions: hopefully the Bondi 9 comes out soon, because at 5 months old I already need to replace these.

It's a really good running shoe but I thought since I have a pretty wide foot and I was getting regular fit might as well go half size up. Although at first it felt right after couple runs and really breaking then in I would get shin splits or just have pain in my feet. So I would say just stay true to size and besides that it's an amazing shoe to run in

I have one hocus for a while and enjoy them. This time when I looked online, there was very few choices. I ended up with all gray which is fine but I was looking for something with some color. At first this style was hurting my right foot, but I scooted the pad inside Over just a little bit and it helped

I had Bondi 7 and loved them. they were perfect wide shoes. I bought Bondi 8 to replace my Bondi7 and it is not the same. They are cuter but not as supportive and not as wide. the toe box was shorter and when I tryed a size bigger it was to big. Bring back the Bondi7 width please. These are causing my feet pain

On my 4th pair of Bondis and I hate the gussetted tongue. I have to go up a width size in order for them to fit right. I have always eater Bondi's w a 5 star, but sadly these are getting a 3 lol because the gusset on the tongue is horrible! I took me 6 years to find comfortable shoes after having both of my feet reconstructed, I use them for walking as I'll never run again and now I'm going to have to find another shoe.

Felt true to size but width is wider than expected. I am returning it and getting less with less width. Arch support is good ?

The tongue of the shoe is sewn to the side of the shoe now and it seams to be tighter on the top of my foot. The heal cushion also does not seam to be as soft as my last pairs.

I ordered same size as I had worn in the Bondi 7 (men's 7.5 D), but the Bondi 8 was so narrow in the in step it was cutting into the inside of my foot. Loved my last pair but these just aren't going to work. Zappos excellent service as always!!

The removable insole has sharp edges that stab into the arches of my feet. I had to buy Dr Scholl's insoles to replace them. Feels better now.

They are ok, sorta comfortable. They have too big of an arch support for my flat feet. I would only recommend to friends who have arches in their feet - because otherwise they feel good.

One of the arch supports hits in a funny place - too far back - and it slightly digs into my foot. I'm going to continue to wear for walking and hope that the foam will settle down and feel comfortable enough for a 6 miler.

I e had these shoes now for about two weeks. After about four day they remain comfortable and great on my feet they are noisy both shoes have that squashy sound like shoes that I washed in the machine as a kid. I purchased this pair after purchasing the Sharkskin Bondi8. I would send them back but they are the only shoe that provides comfort while on my feet at work.

The new setup (for me anyway) with the tongue having elastic on one side does not work. It causes the tongue to go to one side more which I find very annoying. Having worn the bondi model for several years I am disappointed in this model.
Disappointed,
