I have a very wide foot, making finding a wide enough shoe difficult. The Hoka Bondi 8 is OK. But still feels very snug? Wish they made something a bit wider..!!

I use Bondi 8 for my everyday shoes and for taking walks. Most comfortable shoes I own. It helps plantar fasciitis. I don't think I could run in them. I need more stability for running. Hoka needs to make other models in Extra Wide. I'd try their hiking shoes if the had Xtra Wide......

I know the Gaviota claims ultimate cushioning ( it doesn't have this ) and stability ( it does ) , but adding a little more stability to the bondi would make it the perfect shoe. A little wobbly and too mushy.

Bondi 8's are still excellent. Bondi's are absolutely the best sneaker ever made. Comfort and performance with style. The minor changes are nice. Please never make any drastic changes. They are perfect.

Just bought a second pair of Bondi's. Bondi 7 now Bondi 8. Best Hoka shoe so far. Started with the Clifton. Will stick with the Bondi now. I do everything in my Hoka shoes now. So comfortable I don't want to wear anything else. I might try the Gaviota. Love the wide options. Really just enjoy the extra room and I like to wear two pairs of socks.

I loved my Bondi 7 but the Bondi 8 is has a strange design that pulls the tongue of the shoe to one side, it's an extra piece of cloth that pulls it off center and make it strange to wear the shoe. Never seen anything like that in any other shoe before, and it seems to be intentional, rather than a production defect.

Everyday walking. Prefer Bondi 6. This shoe does not as much cushion as 6.

Very happy with the purchase. My only criticism is that my feet feel slightly sweaty in them.

I have extremely difficult feet - they are short, super wide, high instep -- in short, I have hobbit feet! Along with that, I've had numerous foot problems over the years, particularly plantar fasciitis, which has been a chronic recurring problem for decades. A friend and massage therapist recommended this brand to me. I had to return the first pair and get a size bigger, but now that I've had them for a week or two, wild horses couldn't tear them away. I've never felt anything like them. It's like walking on a bouncy castle. I do wish there was more than one style in extra wide, but for now, these are just great.

I have high arch in my right foot only, left foot normal, and usually wear stability shoes. Loved the Gaviota 4, but it was the wrong kind of correction for my feet. Tore the Achilles on my right foot at a wedding, so needed something to wear for recovery. Walking in my Brooks Glycerin 20's was painful. You know you are going to be getting Hoka's when your foot doctor walks in wearing them. Bondi 8 with an insert recommended by Fleet Feet and an extra set of gel heel lifts (for extra padding) under the heel proved to be the perfect thing. Although not a stability shoe, the Bondi 8's wider platform and the padded heel counter are proving to be just as effective. My foot feels like it is locked in place, and I need that. I can walk around work all day and the limp I had is gone in a week and a half. Considering getting a second pair just to have another color.

The shoes are incredibly comfortable and a huge difference compared to any other tennis shoes I'd worn before. My one issue is in the quality of workmanship. There is something "wrong" with the fabric on the back inside of the shoe and I constantly finding myself having to adjust it for a few minutes after putting them on and taking a few steps before it feels right (as if the lining is bunching up against my heel).

Suffered from plantar faciitis, Bondi's helped to recover. I ordered the widest you offer, still to narrow. Take a hint from new balance regarding widths. Would like it easier to put on and take off. Is there a sandal in the future?

I do like the shoe it self. However I am upset there were only two choices in colors in the size I wanted. I have a size 12 shoe and a 4E width so I know it was hard to find but I really would of liked more color choices.

Almost great, only is a bit high on out side and it hurts the bottom of my ankle. I'm running through it, to have both the shoe and my ankle to adapt, but still is an open wound. Probably this feedback will be useful for future designs.

4th or 5th pair and still happy with the way they fit, support and wear. I have a narrow foot so they do run a little wide for me but with thick socks Im good to go. This time I ordered bright blue and when I look down at my feet they look to me like clown shoes - bright and wide - but at least folks see me coming. No complaints - right out of the box they are comfortable on a. variety or terrains and a good fit. The price is a little off putting .... but what isn't these days? My old knees and weak ankles demand I have good support and the Bondi does it for me whether walking trails or in the neighborhood with our pooch. Great shoe.

I have heard a lot of good things about HOKAs and how comfortable they are. This is not an exaggeration, they are so comfy, supportive and fit well. I liked them so much I got a second pair.

My feet don't hurt any more. I can walk and exercise like I want. Only problem is the mesh material in the pacific northwest. Always wet :-)

At first you step in your like wow that's squishy and nice. After wearing them for two weeks at work the outside of my feet ankles and knees ache so bad I'm hobbling. Very disappointed. I was hopeful.
