I've now owned the Bondi 8 and 7. Both were very comfortable - mainly for urban and trail walking. The soles and uppers wore very well. However the inner lining on the heels disintegrated fairly quickly. On raising the issue with HOKA and Runners Warehouse where I bought them on line, it was suggested (or implied) that the issue was the age of the shoes or the fit/way that I was wearing them. I disputed both as the rest of the shoes were in good condition. They were properly fitted and they were always worn lace-locked. I have used numerous brands over the past 40 years and never encountered this problem. I maintain that this is a manufacturing design or quality issue and as such the shoes should be replaced as per Australian law.

Most comfortable shoes I have ever owned

I have mid foot pain from an old fracture and these shoes make working on my feet all day pain free! Absolutely love my Hoka's!! I recommend them to my patients all the time.

I've had 15 knee surgeries, so my gait is not good. My doctor recommended Hoka Bondi 8 to me. They are the best shoes I've ever had. I had no idea that the right shoes would make such a huge difference, but they do! Thanks, Hoka!

My first pair of Hokas after many years of New Balance. A top pick by Runners World, it didn't occur to me at the time I opted for the Bondi 8 that they were reviewing the less cushioned and firm shoes for true and fast training. But I opted for the extra cushion and stability of the Bondi 8, a mistake. They are too stiff, almost clunky Cushioning is great, but shoe is way too stiff and feels orthopedic. Will not buy again. (5k runner, generally top 3 in age group even though 3 meniscus surgeries.)

Been a fan of hokas for years now. These are the comfiest shoes after I've broken them in. I love walking in them. I also love the green so much

LOVE LOVE HOKA, I don't know what else to say. If you wear a 10 purchase a half size smaller

This is easy, my 11th or 12 pair of HOKA's. I love the feel and performance of them

For very comfortable

Bondi 8 in a 10.5, is the HOKA shoe last that I buy. Classic. Not interested in any of their newer styles. Different last being used with heel cup being changed. I'm still wearing Speedgoat 4 GTXs , lows and mids, because I don't like the changes that started with Speedgoat 5s. Bondi SR also my go to Hokas. Bring back Speedgoat 4 GTXs.

The color scheme is great, the comfort is perfect and the shoes make me feel as if I am walking on air.

I walk 9k/d for exercise and mild-hike during trips. The ultra-cushioned Hokas have allowed pain-free walking here, in NZ and Europe. Hoka's no-discussion click-the-box free and friendly return policy (after a 60 day trial!) encourages exchanges to get the right fit and feel. Bondi 8 has tougher traction inserts in its soles for longer wear. The soles are quite wide (they're not bike pedal shoes) but that helps comfort and balance. They're comfortable in summer heat (I like the lighter colors for that.) I've tried lots of shoes including other brands and always return to this one.

Most comfortable sneaker I've ever worn. Colors are good for the most part. Wish they had more solid colors but still a great fit especially for standing and walking all day

With an ankle infusion these sneakers are so comfortable and wear them all day long. Even for golf. This is my second pair. They last a very long time and am pleased with the performance..

These are so light, comfortable and breathable. I usually wear a women's 9.5 or 9 in Hokas. I find women's shoes sizes aren't consistent with this brand so I order a men's 8 and they're perfect every time no matter the style.

I walk 4 mi a day. Hoka shoes are excellent for walking

So far the jury is still out with them. They may be a 1/2 size too small. This worries me a bit. They do not fit as well as my Arahi's. This is disappointing. Time will tell. A lot of money for shoes that run a 1/2 size small.

These are great comfortable shoes. I have a lot of knee problems and the support these offer help make my knees hurt less through the day. I love how vibrant the colors are. The rubber of the sole seems a little fragile and easy to damage.

Since buying my first pair nearly a year ago, I can't get enough of Hoka. I have the Bondi 8 in 7 different colors. As a critical care nurse practitioner, my feet are my priority. Highly recommend to anyone who spends most of their working time on their feet.

Had to return for a wide because regular is actually narrow. I usually wear 11 regular in asic and the Bondi 11 regular is too narrow. After a quick exc I'm exchange for a wide 11, I'm VERY happy. FedEx stinks however... Delivery Friday.. No... On truck to deliver at 1.30am to deliver.. No On truck again to deliver Sunday by 1pm.. No....4pm I'd like to BE HOME when things are dumped at my doorstep and Fed ex never fails to disappoint.

I have worn Bondi shoes for several years. I replace them at least every 12 months at the most. I walk around 20-25 mile per week. Outside 9 months a year and on a treadmill during the winter for 3 months This last pair I just purchased did not have the same comfort feel. After about 5 days I was having pain in my feet and lower back. I put my old Bondi shoes back on and the pain went away were after a couple of days. Very disappointed

Simply the most comfortable walking shoes I've ever owned. Period. Love the color too.
