I’ve been buying Hoka Bondis for years. Great shoes BUT I walk 3.5 miles a day outside. The impact tread on the bottom is not thick enough and doesn’t last. I have switched to trail shoes and they last 10X a Bondi due to better tread. Have communicated to Hoka to no avail.
I'd also recommend:

I am disappointed with the product and ended up returning the shoes. First, I believe my shoes has a factory defect, as one shoe was narrower than the other shoe. Second, the cushion didn't meet my expectations and I decided to go with another brand.
Maybe Bondi 7 is better than Bondi 8? I will have to check it next time I buy shoes

I ordered a different color of Bondi, double checked, and made sure it was what I wanted. Hoka sent me a different pair with no return address label or any way for me to do so. Not sure I'll order on line from Hoka again. I like the shoe but will probably have to find a store to go to obtain.

The foot bed of the right shoe is a lot less comfortable than the left shoe. For the cost paid this was not expected. This was the first time I purchased Hoka shoes and will be the last time.

Since the black/black Bondi 8 continued to be OOS I decided to go for these wild rainbow ones in men's. I was nervous that they would be too wide but thankfully they are perfect. A new pair of Bondi as like walking on heaven. I normally wear a W11B - 44 (normally I'm a 42 or 43 in women Eu). I selected M10D/W 11 (also EU 44) and they are great. Technically they are wider that the W11B but it wasn't enough for me to notice. These are my 4th pair! Hope this helps someone deciding on sizing. Hopefully the women's will get some flashier designs soon!!

Too small even with ordering wide. Third pair of shoes we've tried for my son. I think Hoka should make a nice selection of shoes that come in xx wide and wider.

DO NOT BUY THE WHITE/WHITE if you want an actually white shoe. they are light/blue purple. the customer service will say it's a "pure white" but it's not white at all. it's literally lavender/blue. and be sure to order them well in advance because customer service will look at you paying the extra money to get them quickly and then just shrug their shoulders because it's out of their control that the white looks not white and so different from the photos online. save yourself and go somewhere else with your money if you want plantar fasciitis friendly shoes. customer service is everything to me and if they'd helped more, i'd be a fan. but the lack of help and just shrugging of the shoulders to it all made me want to warn everyone off.

Was told in chat with Hoka that if I wanted a width between Womens 9 B and D I should order the Men’s normal width in a size 7 - that the posted size charts were incorrect.
They were incorrect, size 7 mens is not size 9 women’s. Way smaller. Super strange.

I like the shoes although my little toe on my right foot hurts a little. I hope I will break the shoe in and it will be fine fingers crossed.

The medium width seems to be slightly more narrow than most shoes I have purchased. If the top of the shoe did not have as much stretch as it does I think I would have been in trouble. The the toe box and slightly behind is what feel not quite wide enough for me. I would like to try on the wide version of the Bondi 8 to see if that is too wide for me or just right. You can't beat the comfort for say walking for exercise briskly. Overall though, if you a person used to a slightly stiffer walking shoe say from Merrell you will fall in love with these shoes.

I have been very satisfied with the HOKAS' (4th pair) that I have purchased. The reason is that I have had a Total Ankle Replacement. The HOKA shoe provides great stability.

I absolutely adore this sneaker. I used to be able to walk a total of 3 miles before my right foot arch started feeling like I was stepping a small needle with each step. I have yet to feel any type of discomfort while I am walking my 6 miles a day now. Bondi 8 is my shoe.

I actually really love this shoe - but only after I replaced the insoles. The stock insoles have a sharp edge on the inside of the foot around the center. I really felt it after my first 5 miles and it gave me awful blisters. BUT, I replaced them with an older pair of insoles that were still in good condition and the shoes are awesome now! I've logged well over 200 miles in them and I plan to buy another pair after 500 or so miles because I like them so much. The bottom stack height is pretty high so there is a ton of cushion and I never feel any kind of pain on my feet during long runs over 10 miles. The bottoms are also wider than the Mach 6 which I use for race day, which have done a great job helping me sort out some pronation issues developed from previous newbalance shoes that I had that kept rolling inward because of uneven cushion. Anyway, these shoes really are fantastic, but I'd really like HOKA to do something about the insole. I know a lot of folks just swap em anyway, but at this price point, I think it should just be good to go and that's ultimately why I docked a star.

I have a ruptured plantar in my right foot and run 2.5 miles every day. The only way I have been able to do this is due to the tremendous arch support I get from these sneakers. The fit and support have been great since I started using this brand 5 years ago. I buy sneakers twice a year due to the amount of running and I have no complaint about the fit, support or price point. I also loved the color choice, i get lots of compliments.

These are my 1st pair of Hoka. We purchased a pair for my wife so I decided to get a matching pair. Great decision. I only buy shoes for comfort and these are the MOST COMFORTABLE shoes I have. Wearing them makes me feel like jumping. Light weight and comfy. I would reccomend them to anyone looking for a good running / Walking shoe.

Jacks Honest opinion: they're good very good for walking in I hate walking in flat platform shoes now. Could be a little bit more forgiving when running but still very good shoe 4/5

Extremely comfortable. Like walking in a bouncy house. Can't speak to durability yet but these are great conduit shoes. I suspect they will feel great on long walks but will know that soon. I have several pairs of Hoka Bondi and Clifton styles. Sizing is very consistent. I know my size in Hoka and can order online with no condemn about fit.

These shoes are very comfortable if you're working inside and standing or walking on hard floors or concrete. I would highly recommend them for that however I got them to do some hiking and they're not designed for that at all, very thin material on the top and easily soiled in the woods. I'll need to order some hiking shoes.
