Too big

Received these shoes. I expected better quality for the price. There's one shoe that is unglued from one of the sides where the strap is at. Also the underneath part of the buckle pinches on foot upon closure. Disappointed! Will be returning these.

Super soft and nice! However - the strap across the heel is wide, and it fell in the middle of my heel rather than in the correct spot above the heel. So it felt defective to me. I returned.

The shoe fit beautifully. However, the brown leather was incredibly scratched and dry. I can't justify the cost with the look.

Unfortunately, the shoes I received did not match -- leather color was different enough to be noticeable and one of them had scuff marks on the strap across the toes. A shame because they are cute and comfortable sandals. If you have a "bony foot" like me, the strap is just a tad too loose, even when I tightened the velcro as much as possible.

I loved this shoe but have no idea why you would put Velcro instead of a real buckle. If that was clarified in the description online, I missed it.

Fit was perfect however these sandals were obviously purchased before and returned. They were shipped to me in an unbranded plain brown box with no packing materials. There is a very visible stain on the toe strap of one sandal. I have reordered in the same size and hope for better results. Very disappointing. Have never had an issue like this with Zappos before.

Loved the shoes but first day I wore them- the leather rubbed off on the front and side of the strap- terribly quality.

The buckle is fake. It's velcro. I ranted elsewhere on another review of a pair of soffts. No more softts for me.

Loved the look, but the fit was all wrong. The sandal attaches with velcro, which wasn't sewn properly and kept scratching my ankle. The strap itself cut across my instep in a way that made walking very uncomfortable.
