This sandal is beautiful and very comfortable. I am returning them because I think the beautiful rose taupe suede will get dirty easily and I am also afraid they will stretch out since the suede is so beautifully soft. Because I have narrow feet, I cannot take that chance., especially with the strap around the toes that is not adjustable. Gorgeous shoe!

I bought these to wear to an outdoor wedding... needed something dressy that I could wear on grass or or rocky uneven surface. They were pretty and comfortable, but I ended up returning them because the strap around the ball of the foot was too wide. Surprising because I ordered regular width and my feet are slightly wide.

Pros: Fit was properly sized - taupe rose was unique - all materials were quality level - comfort was excellent especially if intended to wear all day. Cons: only one that being the ankle strap was Velcro. I would prefer an adjustable buckle my hesitation is that the Velcro would give way or wear out. Returned based on the Velcro

These fit great but I wish they had more height on the wedge.

Cute and comfortable casual sandal but sadly had to return as I needed something dressier.

These were a complete miss for me. Too roomy across the toes and ankle strap sat too low.

I love these shoes and wish that I could keep them. However, the placement of the front strap rubs badly on my second toe and would cause blisters.

Ordered these because Sofft makes such nice shoes. They came quickly, as promised and I eagerly tried them on. They have a padded insole and felt light. To no avail, alas: one of the ankle straps was a full 1/2" shorter than the other one, it rubbed on the ankle no matter how I adjusted it and the leather seemed to have been pre-scuffed in random spots all over both shoes. Also, they were more of a mid-to-light brown than luggage. Unfortunately they are going back.

I didn’t care for the Velcro because if they stretch out it’s not going to fit. I felt the leather did not look real, looked more like synthetic. Overall size was large and look of the shoe not the quality I expected from Softt.

inside arch and strap bothered my ankle

These shoes ran a little large so I returned them. The main problem was the scratches on the leather. They were really cute and comfortable and I probably would have reordered them in a smaller size if they hadn’t been scratched up.

I've purchased this shoe (same size, different color) a couple of years ago but it fits differently. The one I bought now had a heel strap that was ill fitting, so my heel hung off the back of the shoe.

Fit a bit too short; could use more arch support.

The heel strap was wide and not adjustable. Kept slipping and rubbing my heel.

I love Sofft shoes. Love the style but this one is a little too wide for my narrow foot. Sometimes Medium width works, sometimes it does not. The strap around the heel seems too long.

I have pretty narrow feet and they were hanging over the edge. Not comfortable at all. I love Sofft but these were very uncomfortable.

Bought these in navy. Didn't realize they were Velcro but I gave them a try anyway because cute navy work sandals are hard to find. The Velcro is easy but tends to loosen up over the day and the toe bed has a line where the materials change and this gets uncomfortable. I'll only were them occasionally unfortunately, which is not ideal for the price.

I work on my feet in a professional setting so needed a comfortable but classic low heel. This fit the bill but does look a bit “comfort.” Also the velcro strap is detaching/becoming unstitched-would have preferred if it was a standard closure. Overall ok but would not buy again.

Felt true to size and width, don’t feel much arch support, top strap felt too high up on my foot, did not feel great wearing these shoes

The shoes looked like they were high quality and possibly comfortable. I didn’t know that the strap was velcro and I don’t do velcro buckles since they don’t hold up. I would not have purchased if I knew these were velcro.

The shoes felt comfy but the back of my feet are a bit narrower than the front, and the heel strap felt clumsily large. Didn't look entirely elegant.

Loved the shoe but the inside sole of the left shoe was damaged and the purchase was returned.

The inside edge of the shoe was still & hurt my instep.
