A little too narrow through the toes, even though I ordered a wide size. Stiff out of the box but not unsurprising given the materials used. Returning for something that fits a little better

It is a good sneaker but not very comfy for long walk. I would't call it heavy but I believe it would have been much better if it was a little lighter.

Excellent shoes. Good fit, good materials, look great. They feel good when you insert your feet in them and they are firm without being stiff when you walk. I bought them based on reviews and have no buyer’s remorse.

Stylish enough to wear to work. Function and comfortable enough to put in all the steps my job requires. Only minor complaint is the suction cup shaped portion of the bottom (near heel) makes a lot of noise.

Love the quality of looks and construction, but the look/shape of Cole Haans always seems to be primary over the fit on.your feet, or at least my feet. I have wide feet but the Wide shoes still are turning into the big toe and cutting off the outside edge as well. A little more boxier toe space is needed. These don't seem to be stretching and forming into my foot shape at all. Very unforgiving construction and materials. Soft? Yes, but be sure they really fit well at the beginning. Not sure what to do with these now. Anyone need 13 Wides?

Some bonded leather on pieces began to peel or rub off exposing a brown underside that looks terrible. Leather in general scratches/scuffs easier than many other leather shoes I have had.
On the heel on the outside of the shoe there is a little dimple that acts like a suction cup when walking on tile, that suction might be worse than the leather fading/rubbing off.
