I love these shoes. 2 star rating for the leather failing after 2 months of use. Purchased in January and the left shoe leather has a 1 inch long split from wearing them. These are the first cole haan shoes I've purchased. Quite disappointed they've already torn so depending how customer service handles it. I may become a full time Cole Haan shoe or I'll keep moving. Most comfortable shoes though. All day on my feet I still feel like I can keep working at the end of the day.

Love this style so much I ended up buying three pairs. Sadly, the leather is peeling in one pair after only wearing them twice.

As always these shoes look great and I was very excited to get them, but the first day I wore them they started sneaking every time I took a step. I contacted Cole Haan customer care and they tried to tell me it was from the shoe sole being wet. When I replied that it was inside the sole and the squeak happened when I compressed the sole when I took a step they told me they would "pass along" my comments. So I guess even though the first line of their email said they "take great pride in ensuring our customer's satisfaction" they don't in practice. I've been buying Cole Haan for years, and have gotten many others to start buying them, so this was a complete disappointment with the brand.

These shoes LOOK great, but are horribly uncomfortable. My husband never has problems with his feet no matter what shoes he wears. But after wearing these for only a couple hours, he developed horrible pain in one heel that is even affecting his Achilles - even days later!

THe shoe fitted about a size bigger than it should fit

Love the shoe, but the right and left shoe I received were two different sizes. Both say 12 on the tag but my right shoe is much smaller. I've had the same shoe before (I wear them for work) and loved them, but I'd like both sides to match.

Shoes squeak when walking from the first wear.

I love the way the shoe looks and it is super comfortable, but the SQUEAKING is out of control on the heel. Unreal.

Too expensive for what they are worth

Wanted a white bottom shoe. When they arrived, I could see the bottoms are grey. Not my style. Doesn't make it a bad shoe, just not my style.

I received a used one. May be returned products or displayed in the store. It was dirty.
