I wish I bought these boots years ago. I was looking for an easy on and off boot that had to be waterproof and very warm. I am very impressed with both those features of these boots. I did go with a 1/2 size up to allow for thicker socks if temps called for it.

The tread on the bottom mean's business. Perfect fit and super warm. Seem indestructible like all things from Bogs!

Have not worn these yet but am keeping an open mind in light of the recent reviews ( and my own personal experience) of similar boots cracking and leaking after minimal wear. Fingers crossed, but please Bogs, don't mistake my kindness for weakness... Will keep you posted. BUT love the new look, and the hardy tread. I live in Buffalo, NY and winter is coming.. they'll get a workout.

Love the snug cuff and light insulation, great for heading to the hill or hitting the store. Snug cuff means snow doesn't get in if you find yourself in the deep stuff. Insulation is the right amount, nice for walking outside and not too hot when you go inside. One comment is found them a little snug on the top of my foot, but overall great boot for the northeast.

Feel great, nice and warm, fit to size, and incredible traction! My first set of Bogs will be considering them again in the future for my next footwear need.

This has been a good boot for work. I was completely surprised when going thru the airport, the shoe/boot has metal in it!

In comparison to other brand footwear, mine were, maybe, 1/2 size large. But, my feet are small and narrow. Compensating with thicker socks. Would not trade them..

The Arcata Chelsea boots are comfortable, warm, and good traction. I also have the Bozeman for the most extreme conditions. I bought the Chelsea for more "everyday" winter wear once the snow hit.

Love the boots. They will be perfect for walking through muddy fields. Super comfortable and not too heavy.

True to size. These are heavy duty boots, so expect them to be stiff. I worked outside construction for a day and found them a good fit with work socks. Very well made.

I purchased these boots after clearing snow in the very cold polar vortex before Christmas 2022. First time putting boots on was difficult and was considering returning. I took boots off/on a couple times and wore inside the house for a few days and the do seem to be easier to put on, although it still takes a small effort. Have not had another snow but did wear them in wet weather (40F) and boots were great. When on boots are snug with normal socks. Foot is wider then ave but not "wide"
