Heel was so large it felt like I was wearing a flip flop whenever I walked. I wanted to love these, but could not get past the large heel width. I wear an 11 and have fairly wide feet at the ball. Overall fit was good everywhere else.

I ordered a half size larger as other reviews suggested and that was perfect. There just wasn't any arch support and combined with the more narrow footbed, I felt like my ankles were rolling inward. The boot looks great, though, and appears to be very well constructed.

I want to like these - the style is great and I can feel moderate arch support. However, the boots are pressing down very tightly on my toes from the top. I have enough wiggle room in them to the ends, but the toe space from above is so cramped wearing these boots became painful. I am debating returning them but not sure if I should try stretching them out first.

These cute boots are a bit difficult to put on with wool socks unless the removable insert is taken out. Even with the insert removed, they are a bit snug unless lighter socks are worn. I did not size up to the next half-size because the toe box isn’t the problem. I haven’t decided if I will keep them or return for a different style with a better fit. They may stretch out as time goes on and be more comfortable.

The width was much too wide. The shoes felt short.

Shoe runs small and narrow compared to other brands

loved the look of them, but even ordering a 10.5 WW, they are narrow in the toe bed. So sad I have to return them. The search is still on for ankle boots made in true wide widths that are decent and not frumpy looking.

Ii put these next to my shoes that were a wide, not extra wide and the boots looked like they were narrow. I LOVED the boots, the quality felt great, they just ran narrow.

These shoes look great. Sleek and sophisticated. the toe box is big enough to accomodate all my foot issues. The problem was in the heel. It was just too loose. My foot kept moving up and down. So I sent them back.

I bought this shoe in an 8M and an 8AA, but neither one fits - I love the style and they are a nice quality, but the AA is too tight at the toes and the medium is too wide at the heel. Thanks again, Zappos but I still need boots.

Really really cute boots, but even in a narrow width, they were too wide in the heel. My heel slipped and I could easily put them on and off without using zipper.

I could not get my right boot hopped up. It needs some kind of elastic gore to give flexibility to fit. The entire boot is at least a full size smaller than marked. They are, however, be a dutifully styled and seem to be well crafted.

Nice looking but were small. I was going to exchange for a 1/2 size larger but I found a different bootie that was more comfortable, so just returned these.

I was so excited when the boot arrived. The color & style were great. However, the minute I tried them on there was no doubt that they were too wide and my heel slipped badly. Does anyone make a true narrow shoe anymore? Most of the companies have changed the shoe width and narrow isn't narrow anymore.

I love this boot, but I've had problems with the zipper. I bought a pair and within a few weeks the zipper on the left boot got stuck in the up position. The boot was replaced for free, but a year later the zipper on the new left boot broke in the up position as well. The zipper design needs to be fixed.

Really cute but soooo narrow. Even though I got extra wide witch my toes were so pinched I couldn't put them on.

I have a wide foot and ordered a 9.5 EE and I could tell as soon as I took them out and looked at them they were going to be to narrow. Way to tight to bad because I really like them. You asked me to rate comfort but I wouldn't know because I couldn't wear them.

Dark taupe is a super weird color. I have narrow feet and took a chance on the medium - too wide, heels slip as I walk. Probably would have sent them back because of the ugly weird taupe color anyway

Nice appearance, but not well designed. The extra wide boot had a base sole of narrow to regular width. This has become a problem with other manufactures as well. I need an extra wide base on an extra wide shoe for comfort and safety.

I usually wear 8.5 but ordered a 9. Too small, maybe even by a full size.

I had to size up 1.5 sizes to get a decent fit, but then the fabric was very loose on the EE, which I need for my AFOs.
