Cute shoe but not comfortable enough.

It is a very pretty shoe in a neutral color. The sling back just did not compensate for my wide toes and narrow heels. Also, I need either a flat or a wedge for stability. Sending them back.

I loved the look of these shoes but unfortunately, the toe box is not high enough, putting pressure on the top of the big toe. So back they go.

Liked these shoes, but they weren't wide enough. Sadly, I had to return them.

The shoes fit and the padding in the bottom was helpful. Unfortunately the upper didn't fit well and was uncomfortable to walk in so I sent them back. They were cute on though.

Very professional navy sling-backs. Trotters Dea look expensive. The low heel is perfect with pants but I felt that they were too low to wear with skirts. I can be in-between a size 8 and 8 1/2 but these Trotters are true to size and the 8 1/2 fit. I will be returning and will continue my search for the perfect navy dress shoes to wear with both pants and skirts! Thank you Zappos for having a great selection and easy returns!

The problem was that the back of the show where the heel sits began to wear out and show underneath white. This made the shoe looked worn out. Must be the use of cheap materials. The shoe's price is not indicative of the quality. I would not buy again.

These are nice looking, but they just weren't comfortable enough for me to wear to work. The toe box was narrow and the straps cut into the back of my leg. Afraid they are going back.

I ordered a narrow, but it was too tight on the toes. My heel was slipping out of the back of the shoe. I loved how they looked and the padding in the footbed, but didn't fit right. I am returning these and ordering in the medium width and hoping for the best.

Just got these shoes and unfortunately they will have to be returned. The look is great, the heel just right, but in ordering a wide width, it was more like ordering a narrow width. My foot couldn't get into the toe box, I am not even sure the WW width would fit.

These shoes were really ugly. I didn't even bother to try them on once I saw them in the box. The black and white lace pattern looked like contact paper.

I'm in the minority but I found these very uncomfortable. They fit walking around the house but after putting them to the test, my feet were screaming after an hour and I wasn't even walking much. Rubbed terribly on my toes even though I got a wide width. I will only wear if I'm going to be sitting the majority of the time.

Looking for a summer office shoe but just all around too small and tight across the top of my foot. Color is also too "bright" would have like it to be more muted.

I really didn't like the contrast between the matte back and the very shiny front (I got the "black patent / black leather" color). Too extreme, and I thought it made the front look tacky. Otherwise good, so another color may work better.

I ordered size 13M, and I tend to find that most shoes I order in size 12-13 are either spacious enough for my toes and too long in the back, or fit the back of my foot and squish my toes. In this scenario, the back is a bit too lose, and I thought the adjustable strap in the back would be useful, because I could tighten it, but even on the tightest setting it's still lose. Other than that, the shoe doesn't have much support. It is lightly padded, so it's not painful, but it's definitely pretty solid against your foot there is nothing isn't much for your arches. Overall the look of the shoe is quite nice, but for fit and support it's not super great.

I have been trying for so, so long to find low heeled pumps to wear with nicer skirts/dresses. Business meeting appropriate, professional looking. These fit better than any I've tried. They are comfortable. But oh, are they dowdy. Wish I could find a happy medium, like Trotters Pella with a slightly lower heel, instead of this flat block. Sigh. They make my legs look short and chunky.

Had high hopes for this one, even wore it after trying it around the house on the carpet first so I could still return if necessary. Alas, I was fooled. Wore them to work and they cut across the top of the front of my foot over the big toe area. So now they are under my shoe category of pretty but useless. Meh, and now I returnable. Would not recommend.

cannot rate comfort, as the shoe doesn't fit. Usually I order a 9 wide, but these come in WW! Great! so I ordered an 8 1/2 ww as well as the 9 ww. The 9WW was way too narrow. I was curious, so I measured my foot and other shoes that fit comfortably at their widest points and they are all 4 inches. This shoe, however is only 3 1/2" wide in the double wide. I didn't even bother trying on the 8 1/2...
