These are cuter in person. I thought maybe they'd be a little matronly. I ordered these in wide because my forefoot is on the wide side, but not my heels. When I first took them out of the box I thought they were narrow/small looking, but they fit great. I like the option of having a slight heel.

I needed a pair of dress shoes for a work conference (lots of time on feet) after spending 2 years wearing walking shoes and flats. The Trotters Dea did the job. I wore them for two of the three days without any discomfort. The square toe box is not only comfortable, but it's also a bit stylish. I was able to pair them with different outfits, reducing the # of shoes I had to pack. These are now my go-to work shoes now that I'm back on the road.

This is a very pretty shoe but certainly runs very short and narrow. I usually wear a 7W but I could not even get my foot inside the shoe.

My feet are long and slender, and these fit comfortably. The straps are adjustable which is so helpful to get the right fit. I like plenty of room for my toes and these did not put pressure on my toes at all, even from the top. I wore them all evening in a space with lots of stairs, and they were so comfortable and stable that caused no concerns at all. They are elegant and classic with a little something extra with the patent toe.

Everything was perfect except the color. On the website the pewter shoe looked gray. It is more a charcoal black. It would not look good with the outfit I plan on wearing it with. I am returning for another color. This will be my 3rd pair of Trotters Dea. I have a long narrow foot with a narrow heel and have to wear sling backs so the heels won't slip. I would be interested in finding shoes with narrow heels.

This is a lovely shoe. I ordered in my normal size 9N. The width was good, but my heel hung over the back by at least 1/4 inch. So, I returned and ordered a 9 1/2. Same result. So, I returned that one. I think because of the tapered toe, my foot was not able to get far enough into it, and that was the reason my heel hung over. Probably more the shape of my foot than fault with the shoe.

Perfect color and style for my event

These are very comfortable shoes. I wear a 10.5 3A and the fit is perfect, just wish the heel was a little bit higher. Would definitely recommend.

Too small and narrow. Compared to my other shoes, were a full size shorter.

Size was right on and they are so comfortable!

I had to go an entire size up AND wide width on these shoes, but the bigger size fits well and looks great. I ordered the beige/neutral color and wear them often.

The fit was too tight in the toes. I have duck type feet and hard to fit in dress shoes.

I love these shoes! Classy and perfect for summer events with the perfect height heel for parties and weddings ! I had to return and get 1/2 size larger
