Easy return process. Resized shoes fit perfectly. Great for high arches & bunions. Worth it to spend extra on shoes that I'll wear often because they don't hurt. No stores, no hassle. Happy camper.

The fit was too snug because I ordered a half size too small. Not the fault of the shoe. I ordered a bigger size and it was perfect.

I was very pleasantly surprised by these. They don't look like it would be much more than a typical flat, but they are very cushioned and comfortable. More than I expected. The patent leather toe makes it a little dressier and unique, but not so much that I didn't wear them with dark jeans the other day. The back strap also adjusts enough that they don't slip off the back of my heel.

I purchased the navy, DEA sling back for Spring/Summer in a 9M, my normal size. I purchased the DEA because the heel is low, the sling back elevates the shoes, and they looked comfortable. So far, I've worn them with a dress and a nice trouser/sweater outfit. Both times I was on my feet for several hours and they were still comfortable. Since they ticked all my boxes, I purchased a second pair; this time a cap-toe version.

I’m usually size 11.5 in closed toe shoes. Since that size wasn’t available, bought 12N and fit well. Looked great, perfect for a semi-dressy occasion and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

These are wonderful shoes of high quality, emblematic of the Trotter’s brand. They are not quite as cushioned as the Trotter flats which I purchased, but they are comfortable.
