Wanted to love but fit was a little off. Velcro was a bit loose.

I love the comfort and style of this sandal! The downside of the sandal is the Velcro doesn't stay connected. A better design would be to have the buckle be permanently closed and have an insert of elastic on the inside of the strap. Sadly I need to return my cute shoes and pick something else.

The buckle is not functional. These fasten by Velcro.

I really love this shoe for comfort it hits all the points BUT, the Velcro is not long enough or strong enough to be adjusted for my feet. I have severe flat feet , zero arches , so while the shoe is comfortable it doesn't stay strapped while walking as my arches drag them down. Secondly , after such a short time they have gotten quite "cheesy" smelling and the fabric footbed is already pulling away from the sole. I will NOT be buying another pair as these simply just don't hold up. I currently only 15 pairs of vionics , I only wear this brand orthotic. Please consider not covering the footbed in fabric ( not good for us lotion wearers and doesn't provide any grip) and please consider using models with ACTUAL FLAT FEET. Models with arches is not a good representation of how the shoes will look on flat footed clients.

These are ridiculously loose. I normally wear a medium just fine. I can not seem to get the adjustable buckle down to the closest hole. Maybe that was never meant to be an option? Just working with the velcro seems crazy. There is very little left to use by the time they are tight enough. Not sure I will keep them. Disappointing!

These looked great in the photo, but when I got them they had a velcro closure which I do not like, the straps were wider than I realized, the material looked like very fake leather, and they fit loose. Essentially, they looked like old lady shoes. I returned.

These shoes are great for support. However, after wearing them and walking in them for several hours they start to hurt the bottoms of my feet - like peeled skin, sore bottoms. Will continue to use them for brief periods though

The shoes are comfortable, butI was unable to tighten the back strap enough because it has Velcro instead of a buckle system. I have over a dozen pairs of Vionics and was disappointed I couldn't use this one.

Where's the BROWN??? I was hoping they had made these better and changed something with the strap so it didn't stretch out so quick or everywhere you get them wet. PLEASE BRING BACK THW BROWN LEATHER

These shoes are very comfortable and have helped with my plantar fasciitis. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because the odor they develop is terrible. On the third day of wearing they were smelling. Also the Velcro straps are a little too lose for comfort.

I did not care for the ways these ones looked when I bought them. I did not realize they had a Velcro closure and did not care for that. Other than that they might be a good shoe.

This shoe is comfortable like many of the other sandals I have had from Vionic. However, I purchased these for a recent trip and the velcro does not stay fastened. They were contanstly falling open and making me strap them back on again. I will be calling to see about a refund.

I brought this sandals because he Orthopedic Doctor recommended this brand. I like the style, however I'm very disappointed in the heel strap. It's NOT an actual buckle but Velcro. I bought these because I thought it was a buckle. The Velcro will not get tight enough, it is alway getting too loose. I am constantly having to stop walking to retighten the Velcro. I am going to find a shoe repair shop to make it an actual buckle that works instead of Velcro.

They really need to lose the Velcro on the shoes. It does not stay on your foot. Very disappointed. It showed a buckle in the picture. I have to send them back.
