I have a wide foot and measure for size 7 1/2 but usually buy size 8M since a wide shoe is hard to find. Since these came in wide I ordered 7 1/2 W. They were too long and too wide. The arch support is good.

Beautiful shoes but surprisingly narrow. Usually wearing a 11 instead of a 10.5 eliminates the snuggness but not here.

they fit great and they are lovely, just not sure this is ideal for me. The leather is a little stiff and I don't want to risk chafing while in another country with limited shoe resource

Sadly the W were too wide in the heel area which made the back strap too loose and my foot did not feel secure. The W fit perfect in the front because I have sizable bunions… even though my bunion hangs over a tiny bit I decided to keep the 7M because the arch support ( I have high arches and high instep) and the rest of the sandal are great. Oh, no velcro either but the strap is tricky as you try to put the strap through the back of the buckle it wants to come out of the loop. Lite weight and great support for standing or walking, Comfort of a flip flop (I wear a lot of Birks) without looking like a flip flop. Looks great with everything. Recommend. I purchased in black,

I have a bunch of Vionic sandals, but I will not be adding these to my closet. I haven't worn flip flops for a long time and I was looking for a sandal with good support that I could wear during the summer and would work for pedicure. These sandals have the usual supportive Vionic footbed, but the straps that go around the ankle hit me in the wrong place and rubbed uncomfortably.

The fit was right and they felt pretty comfortable in as much as flat sandals can feel comfortable. There was a good arch support and good heel cup for my plantar fasciitis. I do think it's silly that the pretty colors like the blue never come in wide. For me, the sandal was just meh. The straps going down the sides of the foot kind of puffed out and looked weird. And, ultimately, it was just a black sandal with nothing special about its looks. I'd like something more exciting. On to the next - thanks, Zappos!

I was so looking forward to these shoes. But they were HUGE on my feet. My foot is a size 8, for closed-toe shoes I often have to wear a size 9 due to swelling caused by lupus and psoriatic arthritis. These shoes, size 8, were huge on my swollen feet. I couldn't tighten the velcro stap enough to make it stay on my heel. I'm uncertain if I need to go down a half or whole size. It felt an entire size too big, but I can't imagine a universe in which a size 7 fits.

Fit was fine; glad I got wide (I don't usually) because my foot fills the sandal bed. I wanted to take these as walking sandals on a trip but the bed of the sandal is slippery and my foot moves around too much; reminds me of another pair of Vionic sandals I had with post through toe and strap around heel. Clever velcro heel strap looks like a buckle. Will keep for just wearing around casually.
