My six year old is using it as her school bag. She wanted a pink color. I want a sturdy bag that she can use for years just like my 2 sons. It's holding up great. The bag shows no sign of getting abused by a child.

My daughter loves this backpack. So far it's holding up well and she can fit all of her middle school binders and laptop. Usually the water bottle pockets are the first to go so we shall see how they fare.
