Wish it was bigger

Disappointed. Some of the details like zipper tags etc began breaking on day two of use. Not hopeful thst this bag will last long in the hands of my third grader. Other brands have lasted two years but this one...not likely.

Too small

Where are the pockets for writing utensils? Where does my kid put house keys? The water bottle pocket doesn't hold his small Stanley cup when he has to carry his 2 inch binder for school. The North Face used to be better. Even shipping was terrible.

Very cheaply made. Material not durable it feels like you are carrying a paper bag.

My son didn't like the cheap quality of his backpack and the cushion in the back is very thin and feels like a rock. We have another brand for the same price and the quality is much better. Maybe the expensive ones be a better quality?

I bought this for my highschooler as a school backpack and the handle broke within a week of using it. Annoyed that it only had 1 pocked however the size was good. A shame that it broke and had to be returned.

Not enough pockets. Thin material.

0 stars. Extremely disappointed. Bought for my middle schooler and has barely lasted a year before the bottom fabric tore. North Face backpacks used to last and be of quality. Will never buy again.
