I love my back, it fits all of my essentials for walking or taking the kids to the park I wish the strap was longer. I have a big chest so it's too tight and I can't wear it like a sling.

The small pack looks to be well made, but the strap is way too short. The volume of the bag is perfect, and would comfortably hold what I need, but the short strap makes this unusable for me. Trying to see if someone in my family wants it as I already bought a different small pack from a different vendor. I guess this is one of the pitfalls of buying online where you can't try the product on first. great

I typically use this as a personal item when traveling and flying. Keep all your stuff you need accessible readily available.

The strap could be longer but since I'm tiny the strap still somehow works for me.

The fit of the sling is awkward. Bag itself is well made. Color varies from the picture. Picture shows it's a mustard color, it comes in a dingy mustard color in person. The sling only goes on one way. It cannot be swapped to the other shoulder. This is one size fits most but in reality doesn't fit majority. I'm a petite 5'2" girl and this fits me just perfect but my husband who is 6' and wider shoulders could not wear this comfortable nor could my friend who is 5'8 (her shoulders are slightly wider than mine but not by much. The pack itself sits awkwardly on the body. Aside from the color and fit of the actual bag, it really is well made. Would recommend for smaller built people, not built for people with a wider shoulder set or someone with a gut as it cuts pretty tight to the body even with the widest strap possible.

The product great. Just the color was a mustard color thought it would be a bright yellow what I was looking for. But overall very accessible bag from any reach.

Notice the iPad they feature has no cover on it. If you have your iPad in a cover, it's going to be almost impossible to fit in this bag. Bag needs to be 1/2 inch longer.

My brother carried his things in a bag. I purchased this sling pack for him. He looked at all the compartments. He adjusted the strap. He loves it. Thank you for having this sling pack on the market.

I read reviews before purchasing and just like it was pointed out the sling strap is really short. Too short, even for someone of my small stature. So I modified the strap. I purchased a $10 kit which included 3'4" webbing, quick release buckles and slides and was able to extend the strap with no sewing to fit comfortably. I like the Sling Pack and use it for everyday carry. I would buy it again but would prefer not to have to extend the strap to fit correctly.

I use this backpack on days I'm out on walks with my two 'S (Rotties Kobe and Cece), and out running errands. It's a great go to to throw all your randoms in and get out the door!

I've been on the hunt for a sling bag to use for shorter hikes and rock climbing. It was really important to me that it had a pocket on the front strap for quick access to my phone. This was one of just two bags that had that feature. The description stated that the pocket would fit a cell phone and it does but my only complaint would be that it's a very snug fit (IPhone 14 max) and a little challenging to get in and out. I am obsessed with the color and everything else about the bag though.

I used this bag for a two week mission trip to carry some of the basics I needed during the day. The bag is very well-made and held up well to daily wear and tear. There was plenty of room for my phone, and other items like wallets, hydration packets, sunscreen and bug spray. Overall the bag was a little bit larger than I was expecting but it worked well. The single strap fit was comfortable although often awkward to take off.

Super cute! I absolutely love the off white color and it's super practical instead of a purse or if you just have a few things to carry. I can still easily fit a larger water bottle, wallet, keys, etc. I love all of the pockets it has as well.

I love The North Face products especially the beautiful blue color but need to return as the extender straps are too small. For those of us who are not male and perhaps want to use it with a bulky coat/sweater it does not work well. I'd purchase if that small alteration could be made.

The North Face Borealis Sling is a highly versatile and comfortable bag for daily use or urban hikes. Its most notable feature is the ease with which I can access the entire main compartment with a single hand while keeping the other occupied, making it extremely practical. However, its quality is compromised by the external bungee cords: the thread frayed shortly after use, despite only being used to secure gloves or a beanie without applying excessive force. The North Face should urgently improve the quality of this component, as this minor failure significantly cheapens a product that is, in essence, quite good.

I read a LOT of comments before getting this bag, yet, I am still baffled at how almost awesome it is, yet it sucks. Yeah, the water bottle holder is beyond tiny. I thought a normal thin bottle would fit. Nope. It's smaller than a can. The strap is truly short. And the strap is 3/4 wide, vs 1 inch wide. So tiny strap, tiny buckle, crazy short. There are more points. But it feels like the designers made this on a computer, and never made a mockup before sending it out to be mass produced. I can't see how this WAS wanted to make.
