Very excited to receive these shoes. When I tried them on , I could not get my foot inside the shoe. I called customer service for a return, they said ok. Just before I was going to return them, I tried them on again and noticed some kind of insert. I removed the insert and BAM! ... my foot fit inside the shoe as it should. These shoes are comfortably stylish and great support for my knees. These are keepers!

Fits my sensitive, big (size 11W) feet beautifully. The "dual width" idea works for these shoes. I can be on my feet all day in comfort. And, they are waterproof, having worn then in downpours.

I wore the shoes at first break them in. Still wearing them. Very comfortable, as the XC4 shoes normally are. Great buy.

Wish the tongue had not been sewn on the sides. It was impossible for me to get on. Nice shoe, wish it had worked.

I was looking for a shoe that would be good for all types of weather. The color selection was very good but chose the black. I was very pleased once I put them on, they were extremely comfortable and had great flexibility. They keep my feet warm. An excellent shoe that I now wear daily.
