This is actually a slips on shoes. No need to tie the shoes which I like it. One thing I don't understand and never get the answer back from customer service. For the return policy for insider group. It says 365 days return for no wear shoes but it also said insider gets try the shoes for 6 months and can return it for refund. So can I return the shoes that have been worn?

These were the only shoes I brought on a visit to Boston in December during which I walked 7-8 miles per day for 5 days. Very comfortable and light...kept feet warm in cooler temps. Also great for the office. Will purchase again when needed.
