Great looking shoes and well cushioned but theyre just too narrow. I own several pairs of J&M and all have been M width. Already sent them back and plan to order a wide pair.

Ive been wearing these for about a week now. They are extremely comfortable. And Ive gotten half a dozen compliments already. Im very pleased with the quality and the fit.

Originally purchased the Upton Plain Toe in a shiny black for a semi-dress shoe. They were so comfortable that I also bought the oiled tan leather. I've owned many J & M shoes over the years, dress and casual, and these are the most comfortable of them all. On top of that they have gotten me many compliments on their looks. I have never been disappointed in J & M shoes.

Some shoes I have from J&M are 10. 5 and some need to be 11 or 11. 5. Great shoes but I need to try them on before deciding on size based on the model.

These shoes are absolutely comfortable.

The Upton Tan Oiled Full Grain has had a substantial change in quality and color of upper leathers, Prior manufacure had a nice tan oiled leather with a slightly weathered look. The pair I just bought is a uniform solid caramel color without any texture and has a very plastic/synthetic look and appearance. Truly a tremendous disappointment with respect to J&M's quallity control. Current stock looks nothing like the web photos. Cheaper manufacturing and/or cheaper materials apparently rule the day.

I would recommend these shoes.
