I was waiting until the wide option was available because we always have to extra wide new balance shoes for my son. These billy shoes fit great with his SMO's. I really hope in the future there will be more wide options as well as extra wide!

I was excited to get the shoes.I order them to big . I will order another pair. My son is 34 years old full time wheelchair user. His feet are very small. Thank you for making shoes for people with disabilities.

My daughter loves these shoes. Very nice because is enough wide, very comfortable.

Billy's new still shoes are AMAZING my afos can't find into the normal pair but with the new deep wide style my feet glide right in they're SO COMFY can't wait for my next pair to arrive I'm now a billy addict!!

The wide shoes fit perfectly for my daughter. It was very hard to find a correct size shoe and not look very bulky when she has her afo's . Billy's shoes really fit well and zipper closed perfect. I tried 3 different shoes but this works great. I am happy to find Billy's Footwear.

Love Billy Shoes and now that they provide wide shoes for kids my son can independently put on his shoes and zip them!

Wonderful shoes granddaughter has a very small foot to be 21 wears kids 3 have always had to buy larger shoes to fit AF o's need more wides please

I love the fact that she was able to have a pair of shoes that family fit over her braces and was able to wear them to school with no problems

Thank you Billy Footwear! At last my 7 year old boy with sensory processing challenges is wearing something other than Natives or Boggs. He has rejected every athletic shoe, but now embraces these fashionable and functional high tops. Please keep making these in wides and we will continue to buy them. His sitter now wants a pair as do I. Tears of joy here. Thank you!

We are so glad that this company now makes WIDE widths for kids. We love the original zipper style, but we couldn't get them over her AFOs. Thank you!

I have always had a hard time finding shoes that were wide enough and easy enough to slip on my son's AFOs, until I was told about Billy sneakers. My son's physical therapist mentioned them to me and I was sold. I am so happy that they decided to make a wide version since AFOs are bulky. These shoes are stylish and comfortable enough for my son to wear to school. Best sneaker purchase ever!

First - Billy shoes are our favorite. We have loved them since our very first pair - we don't even look anywhere else for shoes now that we have found Billy shoes. We have been looking forward to the arrival of the wider Billy shoe - hoping they would allow us to order one size smaller. We ordered our fist pair - went a size smaller - and love them. Looking forward to wider coming in more colors and in the boots.

Bought these for my grandson who has a extremely wide foot, when he tried them on the fit was perfect and did not hurt him He loves them and so do we cannot wait until they come in boots. Shipping and service was excellent will definitely be buying more again Thank you so much

Not as wide as normal for wide size, so will not fit braces.

The sneakers are cute however an extra wide would be more comfortable with my orthotics.

Very good shoe wish they would do something different with the plastic zipper

So glad to find a brand that easily fit my sons AFO. They do wear around the zipper quickly. Have yet to find as easily affordable shoes that can work well with his braces! Thank you Billy's for always being inclusive!

Why only 4 stars is because it started to become glued on the bottom after got wet

Works for SMOs, cute design, disabled daughter able to take on and off.

I love the look of the shoe and how easy it is for my son to get them on over his AFOs. However, they do not hold up long, which is why I cannot give it five stars. The shoes only last an average of 3 months.

Makes life easier! A little unraveling of zipper pull.

These would have been a 5 if the laces were longer or elastic. It is hard to keep them tied.

My daughter wears these due to braces on her foot. They fit even with wide width it is a struggle to get them zipped. Like the shoes just wished the wide was truly wide.

I ordered these after failing for years to find shoes that adequately accommodated my daughter's AFOs. After consulting with someone for sizing at Billy Footwear via email, I was given a recommendation for a size. They fit my daughter perfectly!! And she loves the bright pink. They are very stylish, and it makes her so happy to be able to zip on her own shoes now. These are the D/R line. They are deeper and have a wider toe box. Perfect for those bulky AFOs! No more pain for my daughter's toes rubbing against the top of her old shoe. We had previously been using a popular brand in an extra wide size. But they were still not wide enough in the toe box area or deep enough. Billy Shoes to the rescue!! Thank you for making these so that all kiddos can feel comfortable and confident in their shoes.
