Have been a Florsheim Customer since 1980. The quality has changed since they moved to India to make the shoes however, the overall product is still the best value for your money. Nothing would compare to the original wing tips made in America

As a Professional man, one that spends a considerable amount of time on his feet. A man that needs a solid comfortable foundation on which to stand and move upon.

Wow! Superb fit and comfort! Can't be beat for price. Double thick sole and extra wide welt like grandpa's old pair. I was just about to special order a pair of Aldens. Alden makes the very best shoe made in America. If you want the best - without going to England - get Alden. They are known worldwide for their cordovan (horse) leather, but they also make cowhide. Their shoes are expensive. But you can get two pairs of Florsheim Imperials for that price. Of course the quality is not the same, but these Florsheim Imperials are of high quality - better than Johnston and Murphy and Allen Edmonds, which have gone down in quality over the last 10 years. I'm pleased that Florsheim has resurrected the Imperial line!

I bought a pair of these in 1969, I still wear them today. I had to have the heel replaced, but the sole is still good. A great shoe.

These shoes are extremely well made and have all of the attributes that well made shoes had decades ago but, are seldom seen today at any price. The quality is unsurpassed and you will not find a better shoe anywhere. I ordered the "Cognac" and liked them so well that I immediately orderd the "Black Tumbled" and they were even better. Perfect fit and easy to wear and "break in". You will not be dissappointed with this shoe or the free shipping and expedited delivery Florshiem offers. There is no reason to buy any other brand of shoes. I ultimately plan to buy a pair of wing tips in each color of both the Kenmoor and Veblen as these shoes are simply the best quality you will find anywhere, at any price. It is nice to know that you can still find shoes that are a true value at Florshiem.

I bought my first pair in 1982 for around $80. Thirty years later these shoes are just as stylish. I'm going to have to buy a new pair because I've gained nearly 15 lbs over those 30 years.

Great shoe with great style. The leather work is excellent and this shoe looks great with slacks or jeans.

This is my second pair of Floirsheim Kenmoors. Worth having one in every color. Very comfortable for a leather soled shoe. Excellent quality for the price.

Classic Kenmoor long wing's in any color you choose will make that terrific statement you're looking for. Whether its business or pleasure, these Wingtips are not only have a strong proven heritage as being a staple in a man's wardrobe, but their uncompromising looks and longevity surpasses any other Wingtips on the market.
I love these shoes! I have both the Black pebble and Cognac, and I can wear them with anything. Owning a lot of expensive high end shoes, I find very few that will make you feel as good as wearing the Kenmoor long wings.

The Kenmoor wingtip became part of my shoe colleciton in 1969! Forty-two years later, it is still there in all four finishes.
The shoe speaks to men who dress with care and who understand that you do get what you pay for.
The use of shoe trees, good cleaning, not wearing daily, and a military style polishing extend the life of the shoe. As soon as I could afford it, I went from one pair to six pair added to the two pairs of Kenmoor plain toes.

I don't remember when I got my first pair of Kenmoor's, but it was more than 20 years ago. They remain my first choice for daily wear to work. They are comfortable and my wife approves of them!

I enjoy the Kenmoor shoes. However, the last pair I purchased I took to the shoemaker to have them install toe and heel cleats. They had to put in 6 nails into the heel on the right shoe. You could see the left shoe had 6 nails to hold the heel on but the right did not , they were missing so I had to pay to have them installed.
Is that why the shoes were on sale? bob C.

I can't remember ever owning any thing but a Florsheim dress shoe, specifically the high end wing tip. I work on concrete, oil and grease. I buy a new pair every 5 or 6 years after the forth or fifth resole.

I bought this shoe after seeing a co-worker wearing it. He said he had the same pair for over 15 years, only needing to get them re-soled and re-heeled occasionally. This is a great pair of shoes, I wish I had three more just like it. Tippy-toe, tippy-toe.

I would love it if these were made in the USA, but they are a good value and being made in India contributes to it I'm sure. I have read complaints online about how this shoe is made in India and it doesn't compare to the Florsheims of old. They may not compare to the old ones (I never had old ones), but these shoes hold their own. I got these on sale [...] and think they are a great bargain at that price. Even at list price they are worth it. These are not slippers when you first get them. There is a significant break in period (I'm on week 3) and they are stiff when they arrive. That was expected, however. I personally like shoes that you have to break in and that eventually mold to your feet. Even though they are stiff, I've had no blisters during the break in. I know these will last a long time. I bought a pair of American made (Wisconsin) long wing wingtips to compare/contrast and kept the Florsheims. The leather appeared to be better on the others, but the others got too narrow at my toes and I could not accept that at the price. The Florsheims fit my foot better. I'm a 10D and the fit is right on for me.The one item I did not like at first was the nylon laces. In the box, the laces look cheap. I was expecting waxed cotton. In use, the laces are a non-issue and work quite well. I was going to swap them out, but have decided not to.Overall I think they look great and am extremely happy with the purchase.

I have been wearing a pair of these shoes for about 2 years. They are excellant though not designed for walks around the track but very good for their purpose. Their purpose is to look good at work or a dinner party. The workmanship is first rate and the classic wingtip styling speaks out "conservative and well balanced". I am an accountant ...go figure.
