the "neck" of the shoe was way too tight

My feet feel too tight in these shoes

These shoes hurt my feet, however the size was correct for the length of my foot. Would not recommend to people with wide feet.

Shoes were too big, the top portion went up too high and rubbed over my sock. Also no laces to tighten shoes.

I liked the shoes but they were too narrow and would have blown out the sides if I had kept them. Would have liked them except for the fit. These have laces that don’t tie, more like slip ons.

Very stiff and uncomfortable. These are going back to Zappos ASAP.

I’ll give it an A+ for style—it’s a very nice looking shoe. However, as many others have noted, the way the shoe is designed, the back tab rubs against your ankle/shin even with longer socks on. Would have been painful to work a 10-12 hour shift with this, so I returned it for a different pair.

Size was bigger, and wasn't comfortable,

Within an hour of wearing them, I had blisters on the backs of both heels from the exposed stitching.

I tried three different pair shoes, still didn't work for me this one either ?

Only use 3 Hours waste heavyweight!

Too heavy to stand for 8 hours straight!
